What a strange (and sad) poem. This is the tragic grave for Mrs Sarah Williams and her infant babe. They both died from the effects of childbirth Feb 24th and 26th, 1764. And I guess death certainly would- startle you. This was the most beautiful gravestone I found here during my recent visit.

the most viewed image in the world is ‘bliss’ by Charles o’rear (1941). It was featured as a default windows xp background.

“Bliss” was taken in January 1996 while driving through California’s napa and sonoma counties.
