Here’s some food for thought:
If you’re feeling anxious: eat root vegetables, especially beets (which correspond to your root chakra)
If you’re feeling depressed: eat oranges, nuts, grains, and carbs - comfort foods. (Which correspond to the sacral chakra)
If you feel insecure: eat bananas, pineapples, papaya (relates to the solar plexus chakra)
If you feel jaded: eat as many avocados as you can, and salad, watercress yasss. (For the heart chakra)
If you feel that you’re not representing yourself properly: eat blueberries, and blue blue blue foods. (Throat chakra)
If you don’t understand: eat indigo foods, grapes, blackberries, cosmic carrots (correspond to third eye chakra)
If you want to connect to the divine: drink water, but don’t just drink it, really enjoy it. (Crown chakra)
