as much I love the theatrics of the whole show and the underlying political message… something about it really bothers me.

like I really don’t want to be that guy, but this whole thing reeks of liberalism. If you’re not saying anything 19+ months into a genicide then you obviously don’t care. HOWEVER you cannot have this show that’s a critique of democracy and fascism and stay silent about it. It’s a slap in the face.

yes I still love mcr, and I’m sure they started planning this tour long before oct 7th, but all the “lore” explanations I’ve seen around this fail to grasp at the actual problem.

and no i am not expecting mcr to be political activists. you don’t have to be an expert in foreign policy to know that genicide is bad.
