שווה קריאה!!!!!!!! אמא והבת שלה נכנסו לחנות קטנה בעיר של "הכל בשקל" האמא אמרה לילדה שמותר לה לבחור רק פרס אחד. הילדה מסתובבת בחנות שום דבר לא מעניין אותה עד שהיא נתקלת בשרשרת פנינים שמונחת ליד המוכר. הילדה ניגשת לאמא שלה ומבקשת את זה. האמא מבקשת מהילדה לבחור פריט אחר כי מחירה של השרשרת הוא לא כפי שסיכמו ויחסית לשאר המוצרים היא קצת יותר יקרה (שניים וחצי שקלים) אך הילדה מתעקשת ומבטיחה לאמא שלה שהיא תהיה ילדה טובה ולבסוף האם משתכנעת. הילדה מאושרת, נקשרת לשרשרת ומסתובבת איתה מבוקר ועד לילה. יום אחד אביה של הילדה מקריא לה סיפור לפני השינה ולפני שהוא יוצא הוא אומר לה "ילדתי את אוהבת אותי?" אז הילדה אומרת לו שכן שהיא אוהבת אותו מאוד. אז האב אומר לה "אם כך אולי תביאי לי את שרשרת הפנינים שלך" הילדה מסתכלת עליו קצת המומה ומציעה לו במקום זאת את בובת הברבית החדשה שלה. האב עונה לה בחזרה שהוא לא צריך בובת ברבית אבל זה בסדר אם היא לא רוצה להביא לו היא לא חייבת. לאחר שבוע האב שוב מקריא לילדה סיפור ולבסוף שואל אותה. "ילדתי את אוהבת אותי?" הילדה עונה לו שבוודאי. אז האב מבקש ממנה שאם כך שתעניק לו את שרשרת הפנינים שלה. הילדה שוב מביטה בו ומציעה לו במקום זאת את בובת סוס הפוני שלה. האב עונה לה בחזרה שאין לו צורך בסוס פוני אבל זה בסדר, אם היא לא רוצה זה בסדר. יומיים לאחר מכן הילדה ניגשת לאביה ומבקשת ממנו להושיט את ידו והיא מניחה בידו את שרשת הפנינים ואומרת לו "קח אבא.אני אוהבת אותך" האבא מכניס את השרשת לכיס ובמקום זאת מוציא מהכיס השני קופסת תכשיטים מהודרת פותח אותה בפני בתו ובתוכה יש שרשרת פנינים אמיתית!! הילדה מופתעת ומאושרת מודה לאביה ואז הוא אומר לה "רואה בתי אם אבא רוצה לקחת ממך משהו זה רק כי יש לו משהו טוב יותר לתת לך. אבא לעולם לא יקח ממך משהו אם אין לו משהו יותר טוב להעניק לך" וזהו חבריי זה אומר לגבי כל עניין בחיים. אם זה עבודה, זוגיות, מערכת יחסים וכו' אם פיטרו אתכם מהעבודה או אם נפרדתם מבן הזוג או להפך אז השתדלו לא להרגיש רע עם עצמכם. זה רק אומר שבורא עולם רוצה להעניק לכם מתנה טובה יותר. כי מגיע לכם. אז אל תתייאשו רק הסתכלו על הדברים בצורה הנכונה.
