(so for context we use sprites of fictional characters on our bluesky to indicate who's posting) Matt and Casey couldn't agree who gets Fenrir and then Wolf just came in and said "Fine, if you two won't agree then I'm taking Fenrir since I don't have one yet".

We all agree it actually fits him as they're both wolves with a penchant for some Extra flair.

Plural culture is not knowing whether or not you have a new alter, because Host has always been good at "reading things in other people's voices," or "thinking in someone else's voice," so whenever they get a random thought that is in a character or person's voice, they don't know if that's just them or if it's an alter of said person or character.

Canon Royale would probably come down to Arc and Blake ("Breke" in source) because one has chains that can burn you and hold you down from the weight of your sins alone and the other is a mechanical supersoldier that can wield the powers of pretty much anyone. And they'd probably cause an Exception to occur from conflicting Rules because both of them are Housamo fictives.

Plural culture is having a really, really hard time trying to distinguish whose thoughts are whose because the Host has always been weirdly good at reading and/or thinking "in someone else's voice," so it's a constant mental battle of "I'm just thinking in [x character/person]'s voice" versus "There is an introject of [x character/person] somewhere here and we're probably blurring but I don't know."

i think the internal happenings between headmates of nearly any plural system would make a good sitcom. i mean, i think we've all had that experience where someone says/does the dumbest shit and an alter does that Look At The Camera thing out of the office.

shoutout to systems with only a few members that front, even if that's only one member. no matter how big or small your system is, no matter how you count how many of you there are. your experience is real because you experience it. our brains are very complex and weird and there's no reason your experience is "wrong" or "invalid." you don't have to live up to anyone's standard. you can just exist. all of you.
