Gonna gently promote me stream since it's for a really good cause ( raising money for those affected by the ICE raids ) and I've been working day and night updating and adding stuff.

Ochako noticed Deku withdrawing rather quickly. Perhaps it was because she had developed the habit of doing this sometimes as well. Maybe it wasn't a good thing but it was something she felt herself doing anyways.

She noticed him walk away in the distance and after contemplating for a short moment, decided to follow him. Part of her felt like running to him, lest he should vanish from her sight - the same way Himiko had 'gone' after Ochako regained consciousness.

And before really catching up to him, she blurted out to him that he could speak with her. Ochako waited after he turned, expecting him to say he was fine...but that line never came. Seeing his eyes water pulled on her own heartstrings and for a moment, it was Toga crying in front of her.

"No..." she mumbled, reaching out a hand before blinking and trying to force her own tears back.

Smile! Smile! Ochako tried forcing a smile but it fell quickly, realizing that this was not the right moment.

"J-just...let it out. Whatever is on your mind," she muttered, trying her best to ignore the pain she still felt in her heart.

Izuku knew he must've looked terrible the moment he heard those words from Uraraka's mouth. Ever since the end of the war; ever since Tenko's death, he had been withdrawn and quiet.

There was just so much to process. His failure to save Tenko. Kacchan's "death" while he had been struck on the island. The loss of his Quirk. The uncertainty of his future.

It was too much. Without realizing it, he had withdrawn himself from his friends.

"Huh...?" He turned to look at Uraraka. "I'm..." His new standard line was "I'm fine" whenever someone checked in on him. It was a lie he gave to prevent people from pressing him with more questions. Though, this time, he couldn't bring himself to say the script.

He bowed his head a little, feeling his eyes cloud up with tears. "...I'm not sure where to even start..." And honestly, the last person who should've been comforting him right now was Uraraka. She was already dealing with enough due to Toga's death.
