Health care in India

Hi guys,

I saw a film of how the health care was in India and it was devastating. The way they think go in India is so different from us. To go to the hospital, you need to walk miles. There was a man who was on his way to the hospital. He lived 900 km from the hospital. Those hospitals are always overfull, so even if you arrive you need to wait more hours or day until it’s your turn. When you finally have a consult, they will tell you to come back tomorrow or don’t threat the way they supposed to. I felt so sad about it, and it made me realize that we are lucky to have a better health care. But it is important for us to pay attention to those situations.

France

Hi Friends,

I can remember my best holiday as if it were yesterday. I went to France with my parents and little brothers. We went there with the car. Going to France with the car is far so we arrived there extremely late. We went to visit my aunt because we haven’t seen her for so long. So, I was overly excited to see her with my cousins. We went to Disneyland and that was a day to remember. We also did some shopping, went out and enjoyed the weather. I would really want to go back again and do more activities with my cousins, especially on summer because it was very nice there. What was your favourite holiday?

End of my internship

Hi Guys,

Wow it’s already the end of my internship. I’m sad about it but I’m also happy that I can close this chapter. It was really interesting, but it is not where I want to be when I’m graduated. The internship wasn’t challenging enough for me. Every day we have the same routine. Help them with their daily routine, give them breakfast, coffee or tea, lunch etc. There was nothing challenging for me. I liked my colleague and the elders, but the work I did there wasn’t my thing. On this internship I have learned to communicate with people who couldn’t understand me very well. I learned how to speak short and simple to them, on that way they started to understand me.

my internship

Hi friends,

I started with my internship, and I wanted to tell you about that experience. I do my internship in Maurik and that is very close to my house. It is a nursing home and I work on the dementia department. At first, I had a hard time with communicating to the patient. They were already in phase 3/4 of dementia so they didn’t talk that often. Luckily, I had good colleagues who helped me with my communication to the patient. Know I really enjoy the patient and starting to know more about them and their disease. the tip I can give to you if you want to do the same internship as me is to observe a lot.

Get to know me

Hi guys,

I found a way for you to get to know me better. Down below I made a list with all my favorite thing and my family.

My favorite things:

- Spending some time with my family - Shopping  - Watching movies - Doing my make-up

I will explain a little bit why it’s my favorite thing to do. I love my family and I love making memories with them. Every time I’m with my family it’s like a party already. We are a big family of 6 and when I add my nephew, niece, aunts and uncles it’s too much to mention.

I love to spoil myself and to be spoiled. Buying new clothes or shoes is just a good way of distracting myself.
