- January 2,1999, a handsome boy named Christian Samson who is currently 18 years old decided to go out with his friends and drink and party the whole night. While drinking out with friends he suddenly heard a call on his cellphone but decided to ignore it thinking its just his aunt calling him to ask where he is. After an hour of partying and drinking he fell asleep on the way home, until he had a dream of his parents who passed away a few months ago, in his dream he had a chance to talk to his parents and asked them what happened that led to their death, but at the exact time that his parents were already going to tell him what happened and who killed them he woke up because of the loud voice of his aunt calking and getting mad at him for going home late. When Christian woke up the next morning he suddenly froze and remembered the heartbreaking news he heard when he knew his parents were killed inside their house. He started to see what happened when he suddenly saw his dad standing in the door of his bedroom and started talking to him, his dad started talking about the day September 28,1998 where the most heartbreaking story of Christian happened, his dad started telling him that there was a robber who went inside their house who tried to go inside his room yet he ran and stopped the robber to go inside his room which made the robber pull out his knife and stab his dad. After a few minutes his mother realized that his dad hasn’t come back after how many minutes which made her get out of bed and started calling his name, until a guy grabbed and stabbed her 15 times and decided to leave because of what he did. A few minutes after Christian’s dad was able to call 911 and the police to call for help and made sure that Christian was still asleep in his bedroom, yet before police and the ambulance arrived, they were already dead. Then after hearing this from his dad he started to think that his dad was the reason why he's still alive and realized things that could have happened if he only listened to his dad. Back at September 28,1998, Christian decided to sneak out of the house to go out wit his friends and didn’t listen to his parents and decided to leave and party with his friends, he came back home at 4am and forgot to lock the front door and was high with all the drinks he drank and forgot to lock the gate of their house. Christian didn’t know that the man followed him from the bar to his house, after how many hours the robber decided to go inside and rob Christian knowing he’s rich and carries a bunch of cash with him. After hearing what his dad’s side of the story he began to blame himself and wanted to get his revenge and kill the guy that killed his parents, with the only evidence they had which was the knife which would serve as their only evidence the police came to his house and finally found who killed his parents and had the biggest shock of his life knowing he was the one who killed his parents, he did it because of him being high on drugs and drank a lot which led to him getting irritated easily. All this time he never imagined that the guy who killed his parents was him, until he got to talk to his dad and started apologizing, but his dad told him that “saying sorry now won’t bring back a life taken”. He decided to ignore everything and started to depend on drugs that made him forget what happened to his parents. Which made him become the bad boy he is now; he always thinks that his money and wealth could buy everything he wanted not until he meets a girl that will make his bad boy and playboy side change. A new girl who started transferred was a girl every boy could ever ask for she’s sexy, blonde, and very rich. Knowing himself Christian decided to go near her and started making conversations with her, other girls warned her about Christian, yet the girl said “I know what to do, don’t worry about me” after hearing this the girls where so speechless. After a few months of talking, they started dating each other yet Christian doesn’t know that this girl will change his life forever, after eating lunch they decided to go to Christian’s house, when they reached Christian’s house the girl seemed to be surprised on how rich Christian is. Without knowing the girl had plan of knowing what Christian is really hiding, when they reached Christian’s room, she suddenly noticed that there was a blood stain in his shoe, yet the girl just let it be and continued talking to Christian trying to get some information. Until she asked Christian about his parents Christian just said that his parents passed away because of a disease, yet Christian didn’t know that the girl he was talking to be an undercover girl who’s trying to get more information about him. Until the girl found something that led her to call the police and arrest Christian, she started to go around the house and realized that if Christian really wanted to date her, he needs him to trust him with all his secrets. She decided to call Christian and asked him if he wanted to drink without hesitation Christian said yes, yet Christian didn’t know that the girl poured liquid that would make him say everything the girl wanted to know. Until the medicine began to take effect the girl set up a camera that would serve as the evidence for the police, after getting the evidence she went to the police station and gave the recording which was the strongest evidence they had, police immediately came and saw him still high on his bed and decided to get him arrested. Until he had the energy to stand up, he was shocked to be in a room with a police officer and said why was he there the police officer said that a girl brought us a recording that you confessed that you really killed your parents, he was in shock knowing he didn’t know any girl that has been in his house, until he realized that the girl who did it was his mom who passed away. He realized that his parents want the justice they deserve, and that would be him being in jail for killing his own parents.

People outside starts to cry

Everything seems quiet

Yet all they could do to cure someone is to try

Losing someone you love can cause a lot of pain

This is the time where you start asking questions

With things words could never explain

But what’s important is we learn our lessons

Pain can change everything

But life is to short

So pain is not worth carrying

But to lessen the pain we all need support

Enjoy life everyday

Cause everything is temporary and nothing will stay

Mental Health is the psychological, emotional and social well-being of a person, this affects how we act, think, and feel. In this time of pandemic one of the negative effect is the mental health of people, Covid-19 is not a joke now. This pandemic was a shock to everyone no one was prepared with this pandemic. Most people now a days are having a problem with their mental health, some people who can’t handle this problem lead to depression or worst suicide. Most of the people that are affected by this problem with their mental health are students like us, many of us students are having a hard time catching up with the lessons or even the requirements that is needed to be passed. Most of the students like me cry every night because of exhaustion and pain. As a student who goes thru this thing and problems, I could agree that mental health is very important especially when it comes to thinking and analyzing things. This pandemic changed everything in a snap, and even people who are working to survive life, are now in the lowest part of their life where their mental health is already affected. Mental Health in this time should be one of the things we should always take care of people who go thru a lot should have someone to be there for them and listen to them, maybe a simple talk with a friend or a family member or a person you trust would help you get thru this problem. Opening up would lessen the pain you feel inside you, make yourself free from all the pain and hardships you have inside of you. Keeping your mental health healthy is one of the things you need to do in this time of pandemic.

First Steps on an Unknown Planet Elena looks around. It’s dark and the sky has a black color without any stars. She thinks about his boyfriend. “There is no chance that he died! I know him for twelve years and he is strong enough. I will see him again. I’m sure about that. She hears nothing but the silence. Never before has she heard absolutely nothing. And suddenly she realizes that she is alone. There are no creatures on this planet. Everything is destroyed. A teardrop rolls over her pale face. And she takes the first step on this unknown planet.

After looking and searching for anyone or somebody she knows, she started to get tired and decided to take a rest in the corner of the store. When she woke up from the 2-hour nap she had, she couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw her boyfriend Paul walking around looking for her too. After seeing each other they started hugging and crying, yet she felt something strange when she hugged him, yet she didn’t mind it anymore and continued hugging him tighter. After spending hours talking they decided to walk and look for food to eat, but then they found someone else walking towards them which she said looked familiar to her, but she couldn’t think of her name. After an hour of walking she notices something with her boyfriend and the girl they saw walking towards them, then she started questioning herself if her boyfriend was cheating on her. Until a few days has passed by she started to see lights as she opens her eyes, she was in a coma for 3 years because of a car accident that happened a day before they were suppose to get married, after waking up from a coma she started to look for her boyfriend, Paul.

Until she hears that her boyfriend got married to a girl she never even met, until she remembers the dream she had a few hours before she woke up from her coma, the reason why she saw black in the beginning of the story was because she got into a car accident which made her forget what the color of life really was. As she starts to sit down slowly she starts crying knowing that the dream she had before waking up was already a story that was talking to her, until a few days has passed by she gets discharged in the hospital and decided to call her now ex-boyfriend to talk to him, when Paul answered her call she started crying after hearing him say “Hi, who is this calling?”, then she told him who she is, until Paul couldn’t believe that she was still alive, so he decided to meet her and eat dinner with her. Then Paul came but not only him but with his wife and 2 kids, she started to cry and left the restaurant, yet Paul ran after her and said “wait I’m here to explain everything to you”, she listened and came back to the restaurant and knew everything that happened.

The girl introduced herself as “Joan” and the two kids were 2-year-old “Nathan” and 6-month-old “Zoe”. Then Joan asked her what her name was she introduced herself as “Christine”, until Christine started to accept everything and move on with life, this only shows that if a person really loves you he/she would wait until everything will be okay instead of going the easier way out. If he/she loves you he/she would wait patiently until things would be better. Lastly, if he/she loves you he/she would chose you even in times where you can’t stay for her/him anymore.
