i cba to colour this (plus i don’t have any colour with me rn) but her suit woukd definitely be blue and grey (since blue is canonically her favourite colour)

of the pristis vs. zephyr fight scene

i actually remembered to put a watermark this time. made me laugh a bit bc my username is ridiculous (i’m NEVER changing it)

this scene (once written) is going to be low-key heartbreaking. for context, they’re childhood besy friends turned enemies.

Perhaps the most complex relationship between any two characters in this thing. Sigh. Let’s get into it, then?  

first met • as younglings in the Jedi Temple

relationship as children • so close they almost considered themselves sisters

key moment • when they were nearly thirteen, they managed to sneak some alcohol and accidentally got pissed drunk. this inadvertently starts Zephyr’s long struggle with alcohol… eek. 

key moment 2 [13 yrs] • Zephyr passes the Initiate Trials, and Mace Windu takes her as his Padawan. Zephyr was meant to ‘wait for’ Pristis before moving on to the next stage of training so they could ‘stay bffs’. Obviously this is a crazy thing to ask of Zephyr as she can’t just refuse being taken as a Padawan (it’s literally not her choice). But, on the other hand, Zephyr shouldn’t have made that promise to Pristis in the first place (even though she was drunk, bc alcohol isnt an excuse for making bad decisions to an extent). Overcome by childish anger (and perhaps jealousy?), Pristis runs away from the Jedi Temple and inadvertently ends up joining the Sith Order. 

after ‘the betrayal’ • Zephyr doesn’t feel like she can speak openly about Pristis, as her joining the Sith became very taboo. Over time, Zephyr grows to severely dislike Pristis, and think of her as weak for not being able to control her emotions (as she’s been taught to). But Zephyr mostly feels very betrayed, and is now veeeerrryyy slow to trust anyone. There are a lot of confused emotions going around her head, so she resorts to drink to drown it out (thank the Force she hasn’t resorted to death sticks 🙏). 

they meet again [22 yrs] • It’s been many many years since Zephyr last saw Pristis, but she’s still very much hurt. Despite all this, she (rather naïvely) believes that Pristis does in fact have some good left in her, buried deep down. She’s very cold towards Pristis, but there are tiny moments when it feels like the old times, and makes Zeph very nostalgic about her childhood as a youngling with Pri. This is very confusing to Zeph. Zeph doesn’t want to kill Pristis, mostly because she doesn’t like to kill unnecessarily and believes people should go through a fair trial, but a little part of her thinks there’s a chance Pri can turn back to the light (though she won’t admit that to anyone, including herself). 

their troubled relationship ends with a fight. pristis loses an arm, zephyr loses a leg - symbolising losing the last bit of attachment to each other. or does it end? 😝

okay so me and my friends

got really into star wars. i mean, reaaallllyyy into it. so into it that we all made our own ocs and wrote a whole-ass story. our fandom is three people (which is actually not bad).

we even have a whole google doc with an entire script including stage directions. it’s giving… undiagnosed. this has taken over my entire life. help xx
