I am super against light pollution, and have been for decades

but I am also super annoyed by the way it's framed as "without light pollution you can see how beautiful the night sky is" way more prominently than it's framed as "hey, did you ever stop to think of how much energy/resources/money are literally wasted by having so much light shine up into the sky?"

so people get the idea that light pollution can only be remedied by eliminating all night-time light, which would make being outside at night very inconvenient, instead of by making night-time light shine only on the ground where, y'know, the people who need it are

He's such a good character because as awesome as normal villains are, he's so interesting.

He's not downright malicious. But that doesn't mean anything. He's not doing this because he hates humans, quite the opposite! He loves humans, but as a child knocking down lego towers do. He doesnt annihilate those who oppose him, instead keeping them around. Because he sees this as a fun thing. A game. The ones that fight back are more interesting than the ones who cower.

He made a throne for the lols, and he's just. So fun of a character because he's not serious but he is dangerous. We only see him take it serious when he realizes he's going to die. Even in dreamscapers that wasn't him thinking he was thwarted, but he was impatient. He knew it didn't matter in the long run.

It's kinda like Sid from Toy Story. He doesn't hate these toys, he's just playing destructively. The only difference is Sid didn't know they were sentient; Bill doesn't care.
