Ocala and the husband are kicking agility butt. We dabble in scent work very very lightly, no competing and it's mostly a "make her little brain tired inside when it's 95 degrees outside" activity rn. We're about to start getting back into flyball training and we have some rally foundations down but she's finding it boring so eh.. But yeah, pretty much just agility at this moment in time

please consider helping Larry, who is in critical condition tonight and might not make it. Larry and his human are a very dear, positive presence in the breed, and i am heartbroken to see this happening to them.

after being a fan of him online for quite some time, i met Larry a few years back at silkenfest in WA. he was every bit as much a gem as he’d seemed on social media, and so was his person, regina.

there are a lot of worthy causes to donate your money to in this chaotic and unfair world, but i hope you will consider sending a few bucks regina’s way. this boy is her world, and since he has multiple preexisting conditions (she took him on as a wee megaesophagus puppy), he is her only uninsured dog. those of you who’ve had pet emergencies know just how fast the bills can add up, even with insurance. to not have it at a time like this is devastating.

hi im looking into getting a silken for myself, do you have any advice and also reccomend any breeders? id love to know what breeder you got beautiful Ocala from!

Hi there! What part of the country do you live in? Assuming and hoping you live in the US because I know next to nothing about breeders outside of the US lol. It's probably better and easier if you send me a PM and I can help you there ☺️ Ocala's breeder is nooooo good and I would never recommend her. Luckily she seems to have finally stopped breeding. I missed a lot of red flags with her and soon after I brought Ocala home she was kicked out of the breed club for embezzling club money and it came to light that she was very poorly caring for dogs in her care.

He jumped off his second story porch and broke both of his front legs over the weekend 😭 The surgery to patch him up is going to be quite costly and his owners would appreciate any help they can get, whether it be monetary or boosting/sharing the gofundme they've set up for him.
