I totally understand what everyone means about the post-show depression experience. I just wanna go back!!! 😫😭

I could have (and most-definitely would have) stayed and watched them all night long. I feel so overwhelmed with emotions tonight. I finally got to meet one of my best friends in the entire universe in person after three years, and then got to see the best live show I’ve ever seen anyone perform. To be able to share that experience with her (who, by the way, is a major RandL fan now!!) was beyond anything my little pea brain could have ever comprehended. Rhett and Link helped me through, arguably, one of the worst times in my life, and I will be forever grateful for the existence of Good Mythical Morning. I will continue to unapologetically be a Mythical Beast and support Mythical Entertainment with my heart and soul. Those guys will never know the impact they’ve had on my life. I laughed, I cried, and I screamed until my throat was raw and my voice was hoarse. I am unashamed to say that I spent a significant sum of money on those tickets, and it was undoubtedly worth every penny!!

There’s a book called Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. It’s a novel based on the book of Hosea from the Bible. Even if you don’t believe in the Bible or God or anything, it’s still an amazingly beautiful love story. One of my all-time favorites!

I’m still around!!

I’ll give y’all the short version tonight, and maybe in a few days I’ll tell the whole story. It all began when I realized I’m in love with my best friend. I thought it was an innocent little crush at first, which has happened before with friends, but this is different. I’m head-over-heels. The worst part? She’s highly unavailable. Already spoken for. But she isn’t happy. The sharp realization has taken me on an emotional, mental, physical, etc. roller coaster ride these last couple of months. And on top of that, the nursing home facility I work at has just been bought out, so new ownership and changes to policies have been super stressful. And as if that’s not enough, I finally found the courage to come out to my brothers, and I’ve been super stressed about possibly telling my parents. It seems as if it’s been one thing after another lately. I haven’t exactly had the mental capacity to write or be creative or even be present here. It’s hard to ship best friends as overly in love with each other when I’m in that exact boat right now. But perhaps it can be my outlet instead of a dagger through the heart. Just know I’m trying, and I still love RandL as much as I did the first day I made this blog. I hope you can all understand my absence and silence. I’m still hoping to be back and active soon! Thank you all for the messages checking up on me! I really appreciate you all!! ♥️
