Neptune merely stared at you, looking almost frozen in time. You could see a pair of small sweatdrops forming on his face.

However, but he had to think quickly. He couldn't just stay there, stunned, what would that make of him? Another fool, really?

After a moment of thinking, he came up with a solution; play It teasefully.

Possibly playfully, as a little gag per se.

And so, he did.

Suddently changing both his physical language and his expression, he giggled faintly, tucking some bit of hair behind his hear, as he did, the man spoke again.

"How much would these sell for, then?"

He said, indicating first at his thighs and then legs.

"Wouldn't that make you rich, for how many want a bite?~"

ur contract will now be revised bc APPARENTLY its not legal to keep a house on yer head w/o registratin u first🙄 so hophop get a move on we aint got time to spare

The man was on his residence's upper floor, roaming around rooms, perhaps boredom, perhaps searching for something.

However, when he heard your voice, he turned his head in your direction, walking towards the stairs he had just used, noticing you, who stood on the bottom floor.

"Registrating? As in, going there and advocating for building rights on top of my head?!"

He looks at you ,incredule, however he can't help but to start giggling.

As he does, Neptune puts his hand on his mouth, trying to stop.

In one way, It works, since after a few seconds he looks back at you, slowly putting his hand down, composing himself bit by bit.

Nevertheless, he keeps a slight smirk on his face.

"I'm sorry- I'm sorry! I just think it's hilarious, isn't It? Oh, imagine their faces! I would love to see them all. Don't you too?"

As he talks, he does get downstairs, as with each world he gets a little bit closer, until he also reached the floor.

Neptune stood right in front of you, though he changes his tone a little, now kind of whispering, almost as if he didn't want anyone else to listen but you.

"It would be such a shame if we were to miss It. But, It wouldn't be fair if neither of us got something in return."

As he talks, he walks around you, and after a quick pause, he talks again.

"So, tell me: what would I gain from this?"

Appereance;

As an human, Neptune has long, black wavy hair, on his head's sides two long, thick strands, that stretch up until his chest.

His skin Is dark brown, with broze undertones. Of medium build, Neptune's not particularly muscular, however both his chest and hips are bigger than what you'd expect, making his body far more feminine.

His eyes are like the colour of Sea's sand, sometimes they even seem to glow. His hands are long and smooth, in contrast with his short but sharp nails.

ஓ๑♡๑ஓ

As a cecaelia, his appereance changes quite a bit. His hair is replaced by tentacles, becoming far longer, reaching his feet. The tentacles almost look like spikes, though they aren't any softer than an octopus's.

His skin mutates, gaining a dark blue tint, the same going for the tentacles, though they're a bit darker. The tentacles are adorned by a bit of yellow, It glowing as well. Some bits of yellow are also on Neptune's skin, them looking like stars in the sky.

His eyes are now fully golden, without any pupil or sclera, them glowing with the tentacles's yellow. His body shape doesn't change, however his stature does, making him immense in confront to humans.

Personality;

If he could describe himself with a word, he'd probably use "charmer". In fact, that alone has helped him on multiple occasion. His presence alone allures people, as well as how he talks and entertains.

He can get cocky at times, though he remains composed with social situations. Behind closed doors however, if you were to be close with him, you'd see a whole other side, much more expressive and emotional.

Trivia;

He used to be the primordial god Nolir, more on that here since I've expanded on the myth already.

Although, one thing I didn't mention is that neither of the brothers have full memories; they are aware that they were a diety, but they only have fragments of those moments.

His brother Is Moor Morningstar, however neither of them know eachother. ((Yet))

His love language Is physical contact and words of affirmation. He will respect his partner's boundaries, however that won't stop him from cuddling or hugging his s/o from time to time. He yearns to hold them close, to be able to feel their heartbeat, to be like one with them. Neptune will also be vocal about his partner's qualities, reminding them especially when they need those words.

Neptune has an human s/o, her name being Elise Valentini. Their relationship Is...quite complex, at times being passionate and affectionate, and times in which they can't trust eachother in the same room. Nevertheless, they'll work things through, and eventually they will become amicable, maybe something more.

He uses several pet names for his loved ones, the one he uses the most is "My sweet".

Neptune has a soft spot for furcoats, if It wasn't evident already. He owns a ton of them, in all types of colours and texture types.
