Recent Update about Original Batch 17

Hello,

We know many of you have been waiting and wondering where the original Batch 17 is and possibly the last box of Batch 19 is. After going back and forth with superbuy for many months, superbuy still has no progress of getting Batch 17 out of the customs. Batch 17 was originally set to arrive late december of 2021 to early jan of 2022. However, we were notified that it was being held by customs due to someone's package in the same cabinet as ours contained food. We were originally told that once all the packages in the shipping container were inspected, our packages would be released. Unfornately, after talking with superbuy and their logistics team, they are unsure of what the outcome will be of our packages. Hence, we started discussing the possiblity of compensation of all the items we have in that batch. We were also recently notified by superbuy that UPS currently has no luck finding the missing last package of batch 19. We are very upset with this outcome right now and is still praying that the stuck packages and missing package will show up at our doorstep so we can ship it out to everyone. Once we get the compensation from superbuy, we will workout refunds or reordering items that can still be ordered again. We will keep everyone updated with the progress and if anything changes with the packages. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
