Quitting a community that stands against your identity is top tier self care. It's not worth whatever other advantages you take.
If you cannot find one, then be your own community.
I'd rather speak about the possible dangers of a doctrine than keeping a false peaceful quietness for sake of "inclusivity". I'd also rather being on my own than identifying with a politically extremist party in the name of "keeping values/ virtue".

I have chosen honesty instead of silence to keep the peace.
You don't have to belong to either parties when each of them refuses you for a reason.
I've learned also today you can be "with or in something but NOT OF IT".

"I must confess that over the past few years I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to 'order' than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says: 'I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action'; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a 'more convenient season.' Shallow understanding from people of good will is more frustrating than absolute misunderstanding from people of ill will. Lukewarm acceptance is much more bewildering than outright rejection."
— Martin Luther King Jr., 1963
American civil rights leader

A Christian from a richer country might read the parable of the good Samaritan and notice the value of a random act of kindness shown to someone in need (seeing “neighbor” as the one helped). A Christian from a poorer country might read
the same story and notice Jesus’ affirmation of a style of life that intentionally acts compassionately toward the needy (seeing “neighbor” as the one helping). We come to Scripture with a heart and mind shaped by our global culture and local history.

“My Christianity stands with the poor, the refugee, the woman, the queer person, and the outcast. Not because the church always has—but because Jesus did. Don't reduce my faith to its worst chapters while excusing the same in others.”
"As a believer in Christ teachings and a progressive, I believe in universal dignity, free conscience, and love of neighbor. That means defending Muslims from racism in the West and speaking out against persecution by Islamic governments. I reject moral relativism. True solidarity means holding all ideologies to the same moral standard—and that includes mine.
calling out injustice in Muslim-majority countries is part of leftist internationalism, not bigotry.”
"I care about Muslim people—and I also care about the Christians, ex-Muslims, women, and LGBTQ+ people suffering under blasphemy laws or sharia-based oppression in certain countries. If we only condemn Western Christian abuse but stay silent on Middle Eastern authoritarianism, we’re not standing up for victims—we’re just being politically selective.”

While some LGBTQ only care about glittering themselves in gay parades with unicorn horns on heads, and care about not being misgendered on social media, other LGBTQ people in theocracies and third world countries are witch hunted from apps and arrested or dying in the name of God.

Oh...help!.
Some Western leftist Christians want me to respect a religious extremism in third world country that sentences me, trans people and converts to Christianity to death or worst.
From my experience, basic west attitude: I shouldn't respect you, respect is earned. I'll respect you when I gain your trust.
So should I respect a belief system that sentences me to unemployment, persecution or death?
Relativism isn't leftism. Relativism has become a form of projection on others, needing to sound neutral to avoid conflict, and in worst case scenario deflecting the accusations. The oppressor gets golden star, the oppressed is bigot or islamophobic or xenophobic or racist.
If you don't have an opinion, you'll be victim to any.
Leftism is all about minorities. Sure, remove tolerant people from extremists. Sure, separate even people from their religions.
But bias in picking which minorities to defend is as bigotted as being horrible as you describe far rightests to be. Not to mention, it shows you don't care about other parts of the world where your civilization can stop tyranny, but yet you don't lift a finger to defend LGBT or women or religious minorities. You're not leftists, you only care about yourselves. Deflecting on the oppressed being a bigot won't work. There's systematic religious witch hunt in the name of some scripture and verses.
