Thoughts on the 2023 HM Movie and how Charlotte will interact with the lore and muses of that movie...
A lot of Charlotte’s backstory can stay the same, actually. I prefer Edward as Master Gracey’s name but am not going to nitpick that small detail. The important thing is Charlotte was / is Master Gracey’s daughter. And as her mother was never properly named before, Eleanor works just fine.
Leota arriving at the mansion after her mother’s death still vibes. The repeated seances still vibe. The only difference is...there was a bit more charlatanism to Leota. She knew Eleanor wasn’t there. But she liked the money. The status. And if you go by the original ride lore, she had a thing for Gracey.
I prefer to keep that Leota murdered Charlotte. Cause that’s been my backstory forever and I think it works. I think you can use the passage of time and the fact they’re both dead to force them to form an alliance of some sort when it comes to defeating Alistair. Also with ghosts you can make jokes like “You murdered me!!!” “Are you really still hung up on that, it was ages ago!”
So I think meshing her with muses from the new movie will be relatively easy. But if you have any questions, please, feel free to ask...

“Unfortunate side effect of having 999 distinct personalities on the grounds. I blame Leota.” Since she WAS the one that created a vortex. And killed her. Cause no way was Charlotte letting THAT one go.
