After everything he’d seen, Ray should really have learned to be more careful. Really, really should’ve know better than to even pick up such a strange bottle when he had no idea where it came from. But it was in his nature to be trusting and a bit reckless. Deciding that he could run numerous tests on it afterwards and even check in with Gideon, he did the only thing he deemed right. They were unbelievably close to getting caught and compromising their mission. However Ray’s head still spun as he was pulled into a somewhat dark corner by the girl. “What are we-” The rest of the sentence was quickly caught off by a kiss, his wide eyes falling closed and hands holding onto Summer’s waist instinctively.
