I've dedicated this blog to talk about all the horrible companies out there who do bad, and have bad business practices. Hopefully they'll change their ways and focus on the people who really matter most, instead of filling their pockets with greed.

Bait and Switch
New scumbag of the week!!! Utrech Art Supplies
I'm very disappointed at these art supply distributers. They offer higher end products at lower prices online. But the trick is that you don't get the high end product they advertise. Instead, they send you a lower quality version. Many people fall for this type of scam online, but I wouldn't think this could happen from Utrech Art Supplies! Well known supply store with shops all over the world.
When I received my product, I was quickly disturbed by what they had sent. This is how they out do their competitors online, and make more profits. The bait and switch. However they say that they are more than glad to return their products. This is also another tactic they use. They hope that once you have the product in your hands, you'll just accept whatever they send you.
The third last tactic they try on you, is to get you to spend more money for the product you actually saw on their website. In my case, they tried to get me to pay twice as much for the following product:
Artograph 1520 Spray Booth, Standard Model 15 x 20 inch Work Surface
WARNING!!! This is their bait and switch. I've also tried to post my honest review of their product and service for this item, but they censor their reviews.
Now, if you're looking for this product I'd seriously go elsewhere as they are cheaper for the same product. As far as customer service is concerned, after speaking with them and their supervisor, I feel like they are trying to rip you off politely with a smile. Their passive agressive customer support is like doing business with praying mantis, as their female representatives bites the heads off their customers.
Sadly, I will not be buying anymore products from this company. I used them a lot in school, but as I started doing real business with them, i quickly found that they are just out to make a profit by scamming you. Another sad tale from companies just out for a profit with no care for their customers.
If you need this product try going here to find cheaper prices.

American Button Machines: Review
I feel ashamed that these people use the word "American" in their company name, because everything about them seems so un-American. Their use of the patriotic colors of red, white, and blues, claims of being proudly made in USA are all scheme to drive in the "American." But dont be fooled. Their package kits and products are inferior and more expensive than others. Hidden fees, unwelcomely customer service, crap packages filled with junk.
The machine they sell is a standard #100 button machine that you can easily find elsewhere, cheaper and better packaged. Problem is a lot of new beginners fall into their trap of kits filled with extra junk, so they can charge you extra if you decide to return their products. That's what they did to me, on top of other hidden restocking fees. Their customer service is very un-American. Unless you consider this to be true of American products and services, its disgusting how these Texans run themselves.
Their circle cutters are the most inferior and very expensive. Inaccurate, very poorly designed machines that do not cut properly. Overall, if you plan on buying a button machine, don't buy from these people. If I could just save a couple people from going through the horrible experience I endured with them, then I did my job. They're all about getting your money, instead of giving your proper service. Again, I'm ashamed these people call themselves American.
