There's a huge difference between teaching him and fixing him. Teaching is showing him through your own example, so if you are teaching him how to love you that means you have mastered the art of loving yourself and are showing him how you do it e.g. Love languages, preferences etc. Fixing him means he needs to be brought up to code before you can even start teaching him. Sometimes it's not another woman who threatens your position in his life. Sometimes it's not the people outside the relationship/marriage who endanger it. Sometimes it's you.
