                      harley was growing suspicious of the way rick stayed a few steps from her. he wasn’t fighting her, wasn’t snapping at her like he usually had, if anything he was being sorta nice. “ is this a new you? ‘coz i gotta say ricky i like it. ” she beamed towards him, her hand resting on her hip as the moment was cut short. “ ooo how much am i worth? ten mil, twenty, no wait four hundred trillion dollars? ” she asked her free hand placing her pinky to her lips reenacting dr. evil from austin powers. harley delt with most things like it was joke or at least a game show of her life, but the seriousness of his words had cut a little deep. everyone wanted her head, wanted to send a message to the joker and the fact that they thought for even a second that he genuinely cared about what happened to her, hurt he more than she would ever admit. his comment pulled a smile to her lips, breaking her from her worries as she closed the distance between them. “ you like it? the way i see it ricky, is if i’m gonna end up back in jail then i wanna make sure i look fabulous doing it. plus elton’s a total babe! ugh, shame he’s gay. he’d totally be good in bed. ” she giggled, her mind running away with her.

nina gave drew a warning look, he was overstepping their arrangement. overstepping the boundaries that she’d put in place. brown hues glared at him, he was right in many ways and the more they slept together the more she realized that. she didn't have a connection with her boyfriend. there was no spark or excitement like there was when she was with drew and although she’d keep it to herself nothing could beat sex with him. “ you are just a means to a problem. ” she lied, of course he wasn’t, he was more to her than a dirty liaison. sighing the girl pulled her hair out of her jacket “ he asked me to marry him. ” she didn’t know why she was telling him this, or why she even cared enough to tell him, was she looking for his approval or a fight, she didn’t know.
