hans’s turn to throw henry over his shoulder. he’s struggling a bit more than henry did, but he’s trying his damn best

He should have tried to stop Hans sooner, or may he should have tried to help in any sort of way, be it pushing up on his toes or pulling himself over the taller mans shoulders. But after being bitten on the arse by his lordship the last time he'd done this very thing, Henry finds himself more inclined to let the nobleman struggled with the bulk of him.

" Perhaps... You would prefer me to take off my gambeson and mail, my lord? "

It may be rubbing salt in the wound in a way, but as he speaks from his lifted and slowly shifting position on Hans' shoulder, he can't help the grin that stretches across his lips, lilting his commentary noticeably. There's a growing ache in his core where Hans' shoulder presses against him, but he'd wager that the ache is mutual in this more that slightly awkward situation.
