"you must be a bit of an adventurer too if you wanted - or maybe not - to know about mine." she pointed out, leaning on her hand as she awaited his response.

"you're all good," angie waved the other off. admittedly, she hadn't really been listening, so she wasn't sure what they'd been going on about anyways. "i get it. i usually work the closing shift, and this is my first time not doing so in like 3 weeks or so. it's nice to just relax with a drink." she smiled, "angela, but you can call me angie."

angie turned around when the person said something. the park was pretty empty today so she assumed the other was talking to her. "yes?" when she saw the coil bracelet with a key on it, her eyes went wide. "oh my gosh, yes that is mine. thank you so much. if i lost this my boss would have my head." she said as she took it from the other.

(¸.• ♛ → "excuse me." she called to the person that was near her or the one that she saw near the thing she saw on the floor. the blonde saw someone that caught her attention just there on the floor so she picked it up, so she decided to see if it was from someone and she thought perhaps it was from this person. "is this yours by any chance?"

"tough nuts then. suck it up," angie joked. she smiled, laughing at the comment, "if it was, it was in the fine print and i missed it. maybe we should go over it again. i'd like to make some amendments and additions."

"I love my job though, it's just the chief that makes me want to actually commit a crime," she sighed, only joking but there was a part of her that was seriously considering going through with it. "And it's what I do - I complain, wasn't that in the lease agreement?"

"to clear my head mostly," angie shrugged. "i'm not much of an outdoors person either. despite my job," she chuckled. "sitting outside and reading a book is calming too."

"So you just like to walk throught nature for what? Chill out?" Urumi asked with a slight frown. "I don't know, it's kinda boring".

laudna beamed. "thank you! i made most of this myself. i'm quite proud of it." while it wasn't completely her vibe anymore since trapping delilah in that gem, some of the pieces were still very her. "i think blue looks great on you." she says, motioning to the other's shirt.

THE STYLE DIFFERED vastly from Prim's own - her wardrobe all too often fell into the same fainter shades, a smattering of whites and baby blues that were her comfortable casual, a routine she had not yet tried to experiment outside of. Still, she sometimes made absent-minded doodles of clothing, scrapped across spare paper, and so she found herself admiring the boldness worn by the other. Not something she wear herself, but it suited them well. 'You've such a striking sense of style,' she murmured, pushing her voice to go a little louder. 'I think it's lovely when there's a little versatility in the world, clothing wise.'

laudna nodded as the whisps danced around her fingers. she let them dissipate before she replied. "well, that wasn't really anything," she pointed out, "like, a spell or anything, i mean. it was preparation for a spell. just like to show you that i have magic. i don't know how to explain it i guess." she chuckled. "kind of like how you can sometimes smell a rainstorm before it comes? it was like pre-magic. i have plenty of things i can show you though if you're interested. or just like a cantrip or something."

"Don't we all," she scoffed, having had her fair share of dickhole vampires she had the displeasure of running into during her long life. "Really?" she said as she watched the wisps like a cat looking at a toy, absolutely entranced. "That's amazing," she breathed, "I've never seen magic like that before"

"oh," laudna quickly got quiet. she'd been humming to herself, thinking of her friends. "thanks i guess. i didn't know anyone was nearby to hear me."

"beautiful," she agreed. "it's nice to have green on the trees again after the winter. spring and summer are my favorite."

"wow, what a title." she seemed important now, "i mean, i have one too, but not as intense as that. just 'veil mistress of the shadow tree'. it doesn't really mean anything either. i mean, it describes me, but it was just given to me by the tempest so the people of vasselheim would respect me. each person in my group got titles." laudna shrugged. it did sound badass but was pretty much just words. she nodded "looks and vibes. i guess you're going to get called that if you live in a hut outside of town and don't interact with people, avoid them, in fact." she smiled, "i'm glad i found her too. she was the warmth i'd been missing for 30 years."

"I am." Cordelia nodded slowly. She was sort of relieved by the others reaction. It could always go poorly. "I am the supreme witch. Leader of the Coven. Mother of witches." She smiled a little. It always sounded so egotistical. She hated it. Though she did love being able to help her coven, build young witches up and teach them. "So where you are from you can be deemed a witch just for looks? I suppose witches and sorceresses are very similar. Often both titles are used to describe us." She listened to Laudna's story and did feel bad for her. No one deserved to be pushed out of society. Everyone deserved a home. "Well I'm glad you found her. It takes one person to give you a chance."

"aye..." laudna parroted the other, looking back at the object. "umbrella weapon? how interesting. having a secret weapon within a mundane object. what a concept." did those exist in exandria? probably but she'd never seen one. "easier to sneak it into places."

"I am not so sure" she admitted as she looked at the object, tilting her head to the side. "Maybe it was some kind of weapon? Oh no actually I believe it's an umbrella. Huh that's odd.. it doesn't really look like one" she crossed her arms over her chest before she looked at the other, arching a brow. "The more you know, aye?"

"thank you!" she chuckled, embarrassed. she took the orange and put it back in the bag. "i know you're a random person and i'm a stranger, but would you mind helping me pick up the rest? there's not much, but it'll go quicker with two of us."

Finn had almost tripped over the fruit and was glad that he didn't step on it, because it looked like a good piece. As he picked it up, he noticed someone running towards him and saw the other had a bag in their hand. "Ah, this must be yours! Thankfully ,I managed to catch it before it got any bruises or anything."

"alright," she appreciated that he wasn't pushing for anything in particular. while she was totally okay with it now and had delilah trapped in her chest, it was still nice that she didn't have to talk about that time in her life. "let's go with the second time. my friends and i were in a battle with a terrible person, otohan. two people were already down, and then she went for me. our healer got the other two back, but she got the killing blow on me. my friends took me back to whitestone - my first time back on 30 years - and talked to the lord and lady there. a healer they knew, along with my friends were luckily able to bring me back." she took a breath, "that's the short version anyway."

"Well" he said and then shrugged. "You tell me what you want to tell me. I am not going to force you but I just want you to know that I will listen. I also can't deny the fact that I am quite intrigued. Who wouldn't be?"
