uni started up this week and as i’ve sadly come to realize i’m not going to have time to rp anymore seeing as i spend 13+ plus hours outside and come to just eat and sleep not. so i’m going to be going on a hiatus until i get things figured out & more organized, which will probably be like 2-3 weeks. i’ll either be back friday september eleventh or september eightenth. bye guys! i’m so so sorry honestly.

NINA.

    ❝ if i deserve it? uh oh. what have i done now? i know i’m a bad girl but ouch, trying to punish me where it hurts.❞ asking with a less than guilty smirk on her face. it was unknown if tyler had known about the one time affair with will or if she had done something this WEEK or if he was just fucking around with her. ❝ TRUE. and I’M the one who even gave you the time of day. so we’re even. ❞ nina attempted to relax her muscles at the caress of his thumb rubbing the top of her thighs. It had been a while since the two were this intimate since the near slaying that night of audrey’s video going viral. no regrets still about what hell she had put audrey through but it was nothing for her compared to nearly getting slit open like nina and tyler had nearly been. ❝ —- and you think you deserve it? ❞ a smirk appeared on her lips as she casually ignored will entirely. right now, she didn’t want to talk about him. the time was coming to though, will was getting more and more GUILTY of what he had been doing with nina, tyler and jake. 

     ❝ what haven’t you done? you’re always off doing something naughty, the only difference is if someone caught you this time or not. ❞ tyler actually didn’t have anything on her, or at least yet, but he was sure that nina had done something scandalous. maybe she slept with will again, or maybe she made one of the basketball players cheat on their hot girlfriends. she was capable of ANYTHING because of the power that she had. ❝ oh my gosh, i totally forgot, i should be counting my blessings right about now right! ❞ the blonde rolled his eyes, tone painfully sarcastic. they had both needed each other and nina knew it, no matter how much she fought to ignore it. now they were even more connected than before. they were both targets, both forced to go into the hospital because they nearly DIED TOGETHER. ❝ i’ve always deserved it, babe. ❞ the blonde wasn’t as big of a fan of will than the rest of the group, so when he was dropped as a topic tyler was GLAD. although they had to talk about it at some point, he was much more focused on his hand, which he was moving higher up the girl’s thigh.

Sheesh, how many people had been up at this hour anyway? He wasn’t expecting someone to just randomly come up and ask him something. He stared for a moment, yet didn’t stop his jogging. “Fine, fine..” He voiced, looking the male over. He had to be careful, for all he knew this guy was some weird prowler. A handsome one but that didn’t matter much to Bryan. “Just on my way for some Taco Bell.” He grinned, now starting to jog backwards a bit so he could keep a better eye on the guy. “What about you? Out this late, you heading to Taco Bell too?”

Tyler wouldn’t have normally gone up to the stranger at this time of day. For all the blonde knew, the man was some type of killer or something. Lately though whenever he was alone his thoughts were free to roam and constantly worry him. At the beginning of his jog he couldn’t stop looking back due to the fact that he could have sworn he was hearing something. “That’s good to hear.” Now the blonde was finally walking at a normal place, slowing down a bit. “I mean I wasn’t going to originally, but I haven’t had Taco Bell in weeks and I’m starving. So if you don’t mind the company, I think I’ll tag along.” He just didn’t want to be alone honestly. “I’m Tyler by the way.”

RILEY.

Riley’s eyes roamed over Tyler’s face, searching for something that told her he didn’t actually want to follow her around the mall. Wasn’t he supposed to want a hug? Or to take up reckless hobbies? Those were the two things that people wanted when faced with their mortality, right? “Brooke was supposed to scope out some thrift stores with me, but she bailed.” she told him, hesitant to drag him along somewhere he didn’t want to go. “Is that normal enough?”

As Tyler thought about going to a couple of thrift shops with Riley, he started to weigh the pros and cons. On the downside he hadn’t really been to one of those before and didn’t know what to expect if he did say yes, but that was the only bad part. On the plus side he was going to be doing something normal, something in public, and most importantly with someone else. Tyler would never admit it, but he couldn’t be alone anymore. That’s when his fears were the loudest and his paranoia took over. “Well screw her for bailing.” He chuckled softly and nodded. “That’s definitely normal enough for me, Smiley Riley. Want to go right now?”

SHAUN.

Being back in town after spending two years away should have felt weird, yet a part of him felt like he had never ever left. Sure people seemed to have come and gone that he knew, his best friends for instance who had gone off to college’s out of town. The only person he really had to chat to was his brother. He walked down the street, hands in his pockets as he was just heading for a few groceries. His eyes, were focused on the ground as he walked but was suddenly darting up as he was just able to hear the clap from someone. It had happened a few times now, people that knew who he was congratulating him for his efforts in the war and for making it home and as he smiled it off, he felt like shit. There were people that had died, friends he had made, that should still be alive rather than him. “I…I guess.” He softly uttered out, unsure if he knew this male. He didn’t seem familiar to him. “Why?” He was so focused on himself, he wasn’t thinking of the events happening in town.

Tyler didn’t know that much about the Johnson family, except that they seemed to live a pretty normal life. He really shouldn’t have done background checks on all of them, but he had to in order to make sure that the new staff at George Washington was legit. It turned out that he was so they had nothing to worry about. While Vincent was intriguing, he had nothing on someone who had been to war for two years. He wanted to know everything about Shaun, if the man was okay, if the man truly was a hero, if he thought he failed or succeeded during his time fighting for his country. Plus if Shaun was going to be the new topic of conversation since he was back in town, Tyler should have at least known the basics right? With a soft smile on his face he nudged the veteran’s arm. “You guess? Come on don’t you think you’re a hero like everyone says?” His eyebrows rose and his facial expression became puzzled once Shaun seemed to not have known what had been going on lately. “Well for starters there a killer on the loose. Pretty big deal since he’s impersonating that Brandon James guys from a couple of decades back.” He stuck his hand out, not really wanting to talk about the murders. “I’m Tyler by the way. Nice to finally meet you in person.”

EMMA.

“Thank you…” Her voice trailed off as she took the book from the familiar face in front of her. She hadn’t expected anyone  to  even notice her absence from the school let alone have someone  with whom she had never really talked to (even  once)  appear  at   her doorstep with a book for her. Taking the book  hesitantly,  Emma let a bashful smile turn up her lips as she looked at  the  cover  of the slightly worn textbook. “I know you… we were in English  and History together. I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t notice;  I’ve been out so long that I’m pretty sure the teacher even forgot.”

“Honestly it was no problem, I’m glad that I could help.” His hand fell back to his side once Emma was holding the book. This might have been scoring him a few extra credit points in his class, but he was  also curious to see how Emma was doing. After he heard that she got pulled out of school and what her condition was, he wondered if it was health related. “Wait, both of those? I mean I think I remember you from English, I was in the middle of the classroom and it was pretty small, but I don’t remember seeing you in History.” He shook his head slightly when the teacher was brought up. “Don’t think so, he was the one that asked if anyone would come.”

CHARLIE.

Charlie just gave a small nod at the other’s words. Of course, Charlie was thinking exactly like this guy. People shouldn’t just be mean to him because he has some trouble speaking and is generally more shy than others. He was starting to like Tyler. His eyes widened when he got handed a twenty dollar bill, looking up at the other. ❝L-Lunch is like – f-five bucks.❞, he murmured, biting his lip.

Tyler knew that if Charlie didn’t have many friends, it was probably due to the fact that he wasn’t that popular. Since the blonde was the most popular he knew that taking the small boy under his wing wouldn’t be a bad thing for his rep, so he was going to do it. Tyler’s right arm slung over the boy and he pulled him closer. ❝Then you’re going to have lunch for four days, come on you can even sit with me.❞ His friends would probably all be busy following a lead anyways and to be quite honest he couldn’t deal with the killer thing right now. ❝Just don’t puke your food on me or drop anything.❞ The blonde started walking them towards the cafeteria, looking over at the petite male to make sure he was okay with this.

❝Yeah, it’s just – a book a few friends of mine want me to read.❞, he said, pulling his shoulders up for a shrug. ❝I’ll be fine, though.❞

❝There is always the option of going with sparknotes, or getting like an audio book version, or someone to read it to you. There are many ways you can go about this, man.❞

JAKE.

 ❛  BRO, i know that. it was a joke. i thought you said you missed my humor. nina isn’t worth the mess most of the time but with how you two are, who even knows if you’re ever officially together?               me and will? that’s hysterical.   ❜

although there was a hint of frustration behind jake’s words, he remained grinning, stepping closer just in case someone could have heard them.  if any of this got out, he was certain that the four of them could shut anyone up, but the RISK was still there.  tyler had been his absolute best friend at one time and although he still considered him as ONE of them, will often took his place. there was a bit of negativity harbored for both of them, though. with tyler, it was envy.  and with will, it was basically possessiveness. 

❛  don’t try and put the blame on me. if something went wrong, it’s just as much your fault as it is MINE. i figured you had it. that’s why i’m here. and the amount doesn’t matter right now. we need to find it first.   ❜

❝ ugh, please don’t start flattering yourself because i said that. when you’re in the hospital it’s pretty hard not to miss EVERYTHING that you had around you before, so please. that’s why nina and i aren’t any serious, if anything at all. she’s a source of pleasure when ether i need it or she does. sure, when you two win prom and queen don’t be surprised, just make sure you get the crown and not the tiara. ❞

not only could he feel jake’s frustrations, but he could hear it as well. mixed with tyler’s own frustration and eye roll this conversation was becoming more dangerous by the minute. he leaned just a TINY but closer as they continued to walk down the hall, also analyzing everyone else that was around them to make sure no one was eavesdropping. if he was being honest, tyler missed things how they used to be. he missed how close him and jake were before will got there. how there wasn’t a killer on the loose targeting them, but living in the past wasn’t an option either.

❝ all i said was that i gave us an OPTION so this wouldn’t happen, but all of you thought i was being too paranoid. now look what happened. what are we going to do then? look for footprints around where we dug it, see who suddenly has an influx of new things when they couldn’t afford it before? how are we sure it wasn’t WILL though ? ❞

Two A.M and Bryan found himself jogging down the sidewalk heading into the small town. He didn’t technically have a car, or in this case he couldn’t use his parents. Fuck it all, he had that random craving for Taco Bell and that’s exactly where he was heading. Clad in a white wifebeater, and a pair of grey sweat pants. He didn’t care that he had to sneak out, or in this case he may just get caught.

Tyler was all for sleeping and storing up his energy for the next day, but he couldn’t. Every time he closed his eyes fear would practically eat him alive. The blonde needed to relieve some pressure, and even though it was stupid he was slipping into some basketball shorts and tying his sneakers to go for a jog at two in the morning. While on his jog he spotted something that he didn’t think he would, another person out at this time and on foot. The blonde decided to slow down, wanting to see if the man was okay, and began to walk next to him instead of jog. “Hey, is everything alright?”
