hey guys just wanted to say that while it’s super awesome that y’all wanna support jews this holiday season, it’s not really appropriate to do the bugs bunny “i wish all ______ a very happy ______” meme for yom kippur. it’s great for sukkot, fantastic for simchat torah, but yom kippur is a day for repentance, remembrance, and forgiveness. it’s probably the most serious holiday we’ve got, so please don’t make light of it. instead of “happy yom kippur”, maybe say something like “have a meaningful holiday”, or “have a healthy fast” for people doing the traditional sundown to sundown fast. yom kippur starts with kol nidre (some people go to services, others just eat a big pre-fast meal, my family does both) september 15th at sundown and lasts until sundown on the 16th. please be conscious of your jewish peers! love, your local jewish nonbinary lesbain

Requesting mutual aid! Hello friends. I have covid, my mom, my dad and my sister all have covid

I am currently unable to work, cook or do much due to covid symptoms- I managed to scrape together enough money to pay for the first round of swab tests for my parents, but I'm humbly asking for financial help so as I can have something to fall back on for wiggle room, for medical bills and food, as none of us can cook or leave the house and we have all exhausted our food supply, or just for emergencies in general; I think I am on my 11th day of having covid. The first round of swab tests cost 15,000 plus pesos. Thank you so much for all the help,

Well, it’s basically the middle of the month. And with very few sales in the shop, I’m here to ask for help with my bills.

can you use they/them pronouns and identify as cis?

Yes you can! Darling, gender is very personal and you can call yourself whatever feels right to you! See, being cis just means you identify with you assigned gender/sex. That doesn’t mean your presentation has to be anything specific! You can ID as cis and use any pronouns, change your name, change your body! It’s all OK. I know several cis women who have chosen top survey and LOVE it. Do what makes you happy, you’ll always have my support!
