After today's Wild Life episode, I propose an amendment to the popular headcanon that the winners are the only ones that remember the Life Series (because CLEARLY, Grian does not remember SHIT):

The longer it's been since the winner has won their life series, the less they remember of the previous life series. Whereas the most recent winner will remember much more of the life series than the previous ones.

This is why Grian doesn't remember jackshit and why Scar remembers a lot more than other people and is judgemental about their lapses in memory.

(This could also be why this is the first season where Scar brings up the cheating arc Grian had with Big B- it's the first season he's been able to remember it. Other seasons just had a vague air of something bad happened.)

Also kind of explains why Life Series members that haven't won AND haven't been there the whole time, like Mumbo and Ren, struggle so bad to recall ANYTHING. Not only have they not won, but they have huge gaps of nothingness where emotion is usually supposed to be.
