Finally, I found it! I knew there was a scene that explains how Colin Robinson became their housemate. I really had to rewatch every episode, I seem to miss a lot.

Maybe I was not paying attention or whatnot but I wonder if there was any instance that a backstory about how Colin Robinson became their housemate was ever mentioned in the series.

Please enlighten me. I've been doing lots of rewatch of the entire series so I may have missed it.
