and with that being said mclaren wins the 2024 constructor’s championship, for the first time in 26 years.

amidst all the penalties and investigations, max dominating the race, ferrari getting points and a P2, lando’s 10 sec penalty and oscar getting P3 - dragging the constructors title till the last race of the season, yuki, pierre and kevin’s amazing racing, and drivers thankfully being able to walk after this year’s Qatar race - it’s been a fun one.

BUT most importantly - Zhou getting driver of the day, giving sauber their highest finish of the season (and points), crofty and the whole commentary box applauding for him on live TV, then proceeding to say that “he’s a likeable guy and an extremely good driver - way better than what he’s been able to show in his time w Sauber”, just proves that F1 hasn’t had enough of its first ever Chinese Driver.

He’s got a lot to do and lot to prove.
