Carlos has never left Fontaine once in his Life

At a young age, Carlos had the same "Foster Family" as Wriothesley, but eventually got sold to a group of high-ranking criminals. These criminals raised Carlos from the ground up, intending him to learn the art of the thief and become the greatest criminal known in Fontaine.

On the day of Carlos's first heist, he was tasked with stealing from a small business who had just received a donation of a large sum of money from a wealthy investor. In the cover of night, he entered the business with ease, slowly creeping through the halls cluttered with junk. However, when he finally reached the safe, he was shocked at what he saw - photos of children graced the walls, with the most prominent one showing an image with the words "Morning Dew Orphanage". Carlos was in utter shock as he slowly took a step back, heading towards the hallway. He accidentally tripped over the "junk", which turned out to be toys belonging to the orphans. A noise echoed through as he quickly bolted towards the exit he had memorized in his escape plan.

After learning about his Family intentions and their reaction to him failing his mission, Carlos refused to steal for them. So he did the thing he thought was right, cleverly sending a "Tip" to the Maison Gardiennage, His "Family" along with their home was taken into custody and soon punished to spend time in the Fortress while Carlos. For once in his Life was actually Free.

Carlos swore to never use his skills he was taught to steal from those innocent and in poverty but instead steal from those who earn their Profits from exploiting the week, Those who will endanger others and ruin lives just for a quick buck and those who show no mercy to those that are in trouble and need. It was when he made that Oath that he dawned a new identity and made is new name known throughout Fontaine...The Cardinal

Carlos doesn't know his Biological family, Heck he doesn't even know his real name. Carlos was simply given to him by his "Foster Parents" so he could better be identified from the other Cattle in their eyes but maybe their is some form of hold that name has on him, I mean he's still using it right....

Hey and Hello

Hey there I'm Oliver but just Oli or King is fine, I'm just a dude who hyper fixates on different Media, my most favorite ones being Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail. Knowing that i believe you can already tell I have a bunch of OC swirling around in my Head that's stayed their for quit sometime. Well I'm hoping to be able to finally "Show them Off" to you guys if if you'll allow me Most of my OC and the ones that I'm going to post are Genshin and Star Rail but hey.....maybe if you guys like them and another Fandom catches my eye then you'll see OC for them someday
