I feel the worst when I try to fit into some else's idea of what I should do and be, try to fit myself into casting call that Isn't right or try to flow with the norm or second guess my creativity because of cookie cutter recycled ideas. & then some time life tests you and punches you right in the face so you get back up and realize thats who you are ... there is a huge blessing in that. Because you are the person who gets the fuck back up and 1000 times over and doesn't give up, you are the person who has something unique to offer In this life no one else does, you are bold and unapologetic, you are smart and strong, you have what it takes to do things sometimes you think you can not do, you are enough .. more then enough! So take off all the weighed crap, negative mental talk , let go and live life being all that YOU are. You deserve it. 💯 (at New York, New York)

💓💪🏼👠#Repost @rksolidnyc - Ok ladies.... In honor of today’s women’s march, I’m sharing a moment from last spring that was one of my favorites of 2017, it was a day we celebrated women and strength. SOLID AF was an event I felt compelled to put on to bring women together to sweat combining stretching, strength training and of course embracing our feminity in dance! One of my dear friends (and also one of @beyonce ‘s dancers), @oliviacipolla got us in 👠 and get our bootylicious on! We broke bread together and spoke from the heart with @jaimeschehr on holistic nutrition, entrepreneurship with @unemployeddenim and holistic living with vulnerability with @wellaware_ from @mindbodygreen ... and we donated all our funds to @girlsinc #! We stood in our own power that day and owned it. We felt the potency of being surrounded by female energy and the support that came with it. I couldn’t agree more that Steph women empower one another. To quote @livinheels - you will never lose your flame 🔥 by lighting another’s candle. I am not at the match today physically, but I am there in spirit. We are all, women and men alike, able to achieve anything we put our minds to. But don’t forget, if you want to go fast, go alone.
