Full credits to @mysticplies for the idea.
The list will go from top to bottom, top being highest ranking and bottom being lowest.
RANK 1 - Commanders
-Diamonds: (The gem rulers)
+White Diamond
+Yellow Diamond
+Blue Diamond
+Pink Diamond
RANK 2 - Second in Command
-Cubic Zirconas: They serve as substitutes as diamonds, whenever they are absent during a certain event, these gems will be there in the diamond’s place)
+Cubic Zircona
+Synthetic Cubic Zircona
RANK 3 - Supervision
-Emerald: They own entire fleets of ships and direct them all over star systems.
-Galaxite: As suggested by the name, these are high ranking gems who are in charge of mapping the entire galaxy, star systems etc… to find different colonies, moons for bases etc…
-Garnets: (They’re high ranking gems who run colonies and are war leaders)
+Demantoid
+Grossular
+Hessonite
-Lazurite: They command mass lapis lazuli operations (eg: terraforming). Each lazurite has her respective group of lapis lazulis under her supervision.
+Pyrope
+Umbalite
-Goldsand Stone: They are co-commanders in ships, working under hessonites.
-Klöchite: They are temple monks
-Kornerupine: They are authoritative figures who live in luxury. A select few even have dedicated colonies.
-Nuumite: They are in charge of the reef, organizing all the pearls, gifts, accessories etc…
-Neptunite: They set up ship routes on the galaxy.
-Peacock Ore: An aristocratic gem who is in charge of giving orders and applying order in colony plans, during terraforming etc… keeping gems in line.
-Opals: (These are iridescent gems who guide gems on specific missions are duties)
+Brazilian Opal
-Sillimanite: They are judges for minor trials.
-Sodalite: These gems can manipulate the weather for good conditions in colonies
-Zoisites: (They’re aristocratic gems, who foresee all interstellar shipments (ships, colony specific minerals etc…)

RANK 4 - Special Abilities
-Sapphires: (aristocrats, they have the power to see the future or be omnipresent depending on the cut and have a tendency to ice)

-Unakite: They are gems who work with flora. They create greenhouses for any types of plants the diamonds want to keep as keepsakes from their colony conquests.
-Kundige: They are extremely rare and one hasn’t been seen in over 2000 years so they are presumed extinct. They were working behind the scenes in some unknown plan.
-Sidenite: They’re magma manipulators and can support harsh environments in different star systems making it easier to navigate harsher colonies.
-Alabaster: These gems have the ability to to sense all of its surroundings to an exact precision, helping navigate new colonies
-Chalcedonies: (These gems support rockier and harsher terrains, making it possible to grown more gems in rocky terrains)

-Beryls: Differents beryls call for different jobs but ultimately they are all small.
+Aquamarine: They are water-based aristocrats with a wand which serves as a weapon.
-Andesine: They are more tolerant to heat/desertic colonys making better suited for harsher colonies.
-Opalized Wood: They are able to detect which types of minerals are in the colony, seeing which gem is suitable to be grown there.
-Azurite: They are part of Blue diamond’s court and are water based. They are mostly on standby during colony invasions.
-Bixbite: with their sharp claws, they cut up and hard surfaces to sturdy for normal machines.
RANK 5 - Creativity
-Tsavorite: These are aristocratic gems who take charge in organizing events for the diamonds.
-Morganite: They are the head fashion designers
-Rubelite: they work with morganites, dressing up models
-Diaboelite: these are the models for the morganites and their crew.
-Pietrestite: These gems are aristocratic and along with morganites, design.
-Indicolite: They are interior designers, decorating buildings and spires.
-Moonstone: They put on shows for the diamonds
-Chrysocolla: They maintain organic life zoos for the diamonds.
-Pajsbergite: They create blueprints for buildings.
-Moldovite: They are concept creators for different colony end results.
-Onyx: These gems are showmakers and entertainers for the diamonds.
-Roselite: They serve Morganites as tailors. If it’s a new pearl design, or gem outfit that’s being designed. The roselite will create the outfit as a test.
-Sardonyx: Along with Barytes, they are showmen and help put up shows for the diamond’s entertainment.
-Baryte: They're actors who do theatre for the diamonds.
RANK 6 - Management
-Natrophilite: They are messengers, delivering messages to diamonds, announcing certain things to large groups of gems etc…
-Topaz: These are gem bodyguards who are buff and can protect a specific gem or room.

-Agates: They are sort of guardians who keep and quartz soldier in line.

-Richtersite: These gems are the agate’s managers. Each one has their own fleet of agates.
-Covellite: They are movement system conductors.
-Orthoclase: These gems sort of news anchors, announcing any important informations on the gem line to large groups of gems.
-Blue Calcite: If there are any leftover minerals in a colony, calcites gather those minerals up, and send them to labs to be tested for uses other than colonies.
-Emmonsite: alongside peridots, they are kindergarten experts except they gather all their information and develop new mechanics to improve gem creation.
-Diopside: These gems work on lower-decks of ships, fixing malfunctions and organising the cables.
-Angelite: They are Klöchite’s helpers in temples.
-Lammerite: They gather large quantities of water to put them in big tubes for extra usage in colonies.
-Selenite: They work with Prehnites in the labratories.
-Prehnite: These gems are laboratory workers, experimenting on different gem shards, minerals etc…
-Olivenite: They work on ships as system coordinators
-Aegirine: These gems are specialists in foreign life forms, and are usually the ones to exterminate them in colonies.
-Boleite: They keep records of ins and outs of the main diamond building.
-Nepheline: They are in charge of keeping temples in order and pristine
-Maxixe Beryl: They develop materials for stronger buildings
-Axinite: These gems in charge of organising the diamond’s files.
-Lepidocrocite: These gems are analytic counters and temple recipients.
-Zircons: they are lawyers during trials

RANK 7 - Group Work
-Grandidierite: Like desert glass, they’re really quick and stealthy.
-Barite: They're soldiers.
-Desert Glass: They’re sort of ninjas. They’re stealthy and get around quickly. They can be used as spies.
-Nephrite: These gems are ship commanders.
-Tourmaline: They are simple soldiers have are particularly bouncy.

-Lapis Lazulis: (they are terraformers, working in colonies to landscape the area, making it suitable for gem life.)
-Olivine: They are like lapis lazulis, they terraform colonies except they do it with rocks/mud rather than water.
RANK 8 - Construction
-Bismuth: They build spires and statues for the diamonds.
-Snowflake Obsidian: They build ice trenches during battles or snow colonies
-Orange Spodumene: They are water-based gems who work underwater to build spires, buildings etc...
-Larimar: They build ice sculptures for the diamonds
-Canvasite: They build water sculptures for the diamond’s different colonies and personal leisure.
RANK 9 - Servants
-Canasite: They are part of choirs for the diamonds’ entertainment
-Spinel: They are subjects of entertainment, sort of like play-mates.
-Jade: They are subjects of entertainment, they usually dance in balls or are ok standby in different colonies
-Pearl: They serve as servants, usually given to aristocratic/noble gems, they stand by their owner at any given moment
RANK 10 - Prototypes
-Albite: they’re statue gems
-Euxenite: A test gem who was based off of birds.
-Gem Shards: Lifeless pieces of gem bodies
