i reblogged a post about lucas today and it just sent me down a rabbit hole. s4 he was just trying to keep everyone happy. he was tired of being bullied and assumed his friends were too. he wanted them all to be treated well. everyone around him assumed he joined the basketball team for himself (which he did, partially, because he does like to play basketball,) but the main reason he did it was because he was done with him and his friends being treated like trash. love him sm for this. but instead of appreciating him, his friends resent him for it. my man just wants the best for everyone😭😭
