my understanding is that

cuntboy: born and viewed by society as a man, but has a vagina (usually no or very small breasts). seems to be an asian trope (usually porn)

trans man: actual irl queer identity. assigned female at birth according to genitals, but chose to become a man/discovered they were a man later in life

as long as you don't call conflate trans identity with the cuntboy trope, I don't see why cb would be an offensive term tbh
