5 reasons to consider aFGF (After glow factor) make up.
5 reasons to consider aFGF (After glow factor) make up.
1. PRODUCT - The product is a make up base and sunscreen in one!
aFGF is a line of products from the WII brand which specializes on treatment and protection of the skin. The Hydrating Lotion works as a sunscreen, and makeup base that also helps heal and protect the skin. This works best for people who use whitening products as their skin is more sensitive to the sun. WII aFGF has ALLANTOIN and GOTU KOLA which aids in healing and diminishing acne marks, freckles, and other skin imperfections from within. The Hydrating Lotion works best with WII Acbegone cleanser and WII aFGF essence oil.
2. PACKAGING - Very handy and slim!
For the packaging, they use plastic that’s why its light, very handy and slim! I can literally insert it to my pouch bag without compromising my other stuff. Meanwhile, what I don’t like about this is the pump since I had a hard time before I got the liquid thing.
3. TEXTURE - NOT STICKY!! A PLUS (I LOVED IT)
Summer time = sweaty time. This product is not sticky like other make up - sunscreen products out there. When I applied it to my skin, i did not feel any discomfort at all.
4. Scent - No scent at all
For those who’s allergic when it comes to smell, good news! This product doesn’t have any scent at all.
5. Easy to order - You can either avail this product by visiting ww.ezshop.asia. or you can call are 8518383 and 5513333. :)

Calligraphy Fair 2015
I’m so happy I was able to attend Zig Philippines first every Calligraphy Fair! <3
To start of, I wanna share you guys how I encountered calligraphy.
I was really amazed how my friend Tanya (@frogenevieve) do calligraphy when we hiked Mt. Pamintinan)
and my churchmate Owa (@perochowa) do calligraphy too!
I’m really inspired on how they do it so smoothly! I asked them to teach me few tips to do my own version of calligraphy.
The key word to achieve this is - PRACTICE -
So anyway, back to the fair HAHA I was roaming around the mall and i stumbled upon Invitation House and saw a poster about the Calligraphy Fair. I immediately asked my friend Mark to come with me since I know he’s into arts and I’m glad he came with me! Kasi if hindi, wala akong person in mind who will be joining me w/ this kind of stuff so.. thanks farts! HAHA! So I also invited my workmates if they are interested since some of them are into arts also! <3 Glad they joined me as well! :) Even our VP at work plus her GF joined us! Yay! :) Kala ko talaga wala akong kasama sa event na ‘to pero di ako binigo ni Lord. ang dami ko palang kasama! :D
(Maam Karen, Sir Karl, Mark, Maam Rosa & Maam Bunyi)
The event started at 11AM. We bought the ticket for Php 150 and it has a free lootbag!
A free postcard, cutie tags, sketch pad and 3 hard cards plus 1 Zig Kuretake pen! :)
We got the chance to ask each calligraphers on their tips about calligraphy.
I learned that when you do Calligraphy, you have to be consistent with the style and letters that you are doing then add a twist/ style in the end. Some artists put doodles, some puts teardrops and glitters. Its a kind of art that I thought at first is really easy but when I started holding my brush pen, the struggle was real. Practice do really make sense right now. Light/slimmer strokes upwards, and hard/thicker strokes downwards. Just like in life, you have to be consistent in every thing and decisions you make but don't forget to add colours and style that makes you unique. ✍

Mt. Pamintinan 8/15/15
It was really a fun and thrilling kind of day. A mountain that will let you climb, 90 degrees! This hike really started when I was browsing Where To Next (@wtn_wheretonext) on instagram and I decided to organize a hike going to Mt. Pamintinan! & I’m so happy my friends supported and joined the event. :)
Let me share you the itinerary & hike essentials I created for this trip.
Everyone gathered at Jollibee Cubao Station and ate a hearty breakfast before conquering the top of the mountain! (I think its in Farmer’s Plaza Building)
(Ate Elaine, Kuya Alvin, Tanya, Ma’am Joan, Ynna, Me, Kuya Andrew, Lovern, Maris)
It was a really a great experience meeting new people from different walks of life. I only knew Tanya, Ma’am Joan, Ynna and Maris before the trip haha!
After our hearty breakfast meal, we finalized our stuff and ready for Mt. Pamintinan!
We rode the van going to Rodriguez Rizal located infront of Jollibee! :) Since we’re 9 in the group, we decided to rent the van that will take us up to the barangay of Mt. Pamintinan. We paid Php 600/van for the trip. The travel took us 1hr & 30min.
We we’re briefed in the small classroom. The fee for registration is Php 20/head.
I’m happy because this group is game when it comes to selfies/groufies! <3 HAHA
Like we had different shots in this bridge. HAHA!
As we enjoy the scenery, the hike gets tough.
You will literally grab anything around you to balance yourself so its really good to have a thick pair of gloves. Stones and plants are very sharp though.
and the very challenging part, rock climbing without a harness! You just have to trust your tour guide with this. haha! It looks easy though, but when you’re actually “at it” its very hard!
once you reach the top... you’ll sweat like you just got out from the shower. HAHA
but the hike was worth it once you reach the top!
they also provided flag that serves as a reward! HAHA Its like a cherry on top!
Ofcourse, thanks to our tour guide who helped me to reach the very scary flag. HAHA
Watch our adventure in Mt. Pamintinan below and I do hope you get to visit this amazing mountain! If I will rate it from 1-10, 10 is the hardest, I can say this is an 8. When we went there, it also rained so we had a hard time going down since its slippery. But at the end of the day, its very fulfilling! <3

100 Happy Days Challenge | Finale
“There are moments in your life that can’t be captured by the camera but is captured by the heart” - Paul Soriano
I just wanna start this post with the quote of Mr. Paul Soriano. While i’m doing this happy days challenge, I realized while doing the challenge that there are some moments that can’t be captured by the camera.. Napapaisip ako minsan, ano bang magandang nangyari sakin na pwede kong ipost online.. and that’s not the point of this challenge.. It made me realize to appreciate big or little stuff around me. Mas naging appreciative ako. Kaya after my 70th post, hindi nako nakapag take ng pictures because yung ibang happy moments, inenjoy ko at the moment na hindi ko kailangan picture-an kundi it stays in my heart forever. So yeah. I’m happy that I made it consistently up to 70 photos... pero i’m even happier that up until this day, it changed my perspective towards the beauty of life. There are moments that i’m feeling down because of some uncertain things that happened to me.. but at the end of the day, there are bigger things that I should be grateful for. So Thank you God for always guiding me. I know i’m a work in progress and i’m learning everyday. Thank you for giving me the people around me. I’ll be forever grateful to you oh Lord.

Hongkong x Macau Trip | A 3-days x Php 10k pocket money challenge (DAY 3)
Read my previous blog DAY 1 HERE & DAY 2 HERE.
HELLO LANTAU!
Last day in HK and we decided to visit Lantau Island which is near HK airport :) Our flight is at 7pm so we have the whole morning-afternoon to enjoy the said island.
We were really tired from two days straight walking around HK & Macau. So we decided to make our Lantau island trip in the afternoon and had some enough sleep in the morning and tried to be a ‘local’ in the morning.
8:30AM – 11AM Breakfast, a lil bit of shopping :p
It was a cold morning since it was about to rain but the streets are very busy because its a weekday and a lot of people are busy with work + school. While we’re looking for the nearest Mcdo, we got a newspaper + free pen! ;) (thanks for another souvenir, HK! Hihi)
Infairness to Mcdonals, ang dami nilang branch. haha! So di din kami nahirapan agad makahanap ng kakainan for breaky :)
We got pancakes + sausage + hashbrown for HK$28.3 (PHP 163.57)/head. Okay, nothing special, lasang pancake naman haha! I must say, standard ang lasa nila. Wow HAHA!
After that, lakad muna ulit to kill time. hihi naisip kasi namin ni Pia, baka mahal pagkain sa Lantau Island, so we waited nalang ulit mag lunch time. kaya lakad lakad nalang muna..
We also went to this what I wanna call “high-end-street” haha all the expensive brands are located along Canton Road :) We went lang to take some pictures. Someday... shopping na! *i’m claiming it hihi*
Beside this high end street, you can go to 1881 Heritage. It’s another shopping mall/building? haha! basta there are different botiques inside and may mga shop pa. items are quite expensive as well. So tawid lang kayo from the other street haha :D
1881 Heritage displays this huge tea party set. Literally huge. according to Pia, every month, nag iiba iba daw yan, dipende sa theme hihi
Ofcourse, its free for all! haha picture galore. ;) This area reminds me of Greenbelt mall in Makati, Philippines :p
And yes, you can go upstairs. May garden din with coffee shops ata. when we went there, sarado pa kasi so Di namin na figure out if ano ba yung mga klaseng restaurant nasa second floor ;)
11:00AM - 12:00NN Lunch x Check out
We bought beef brisket in this store. Masarap naman and nakakabusog, ang bigat nung rice haha! Di ko lang napicture-an pero beef with noodles and medyo gulay gulay with sabay. Isang meal lang binili namin kasi ang dami and mej busog pa kami from breakfast haha So perfect kasi umaambon din that time haha :D Anyway we bought that around HK$68 (Php 392.08) so per head is HK$34 (Php 196.04) :)
When we arrived our hotel, nag inform samin na we have to check out at 12nn. akala talaga namin, 2pm pa. So dali dali namin inubos lunch and nag pack ng stuff. haha!
12nn - 1pm Off to Lantau Baby!
We took MTR Tsuen Wan Line in TST to Lai King, then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Ching Station. We used our MTR and luckily, umabot pa sya for our LAST MTR RIDE! Grabe haha saktong sakto. haha!
Anyway, dun sa Tung Ching station, may Gong Cha, I was really tempted to buy one (kasi sobrang gusto ko ng milk tea’s HAHA) pero since medyo mainit pa yung issue sa milk tea in PH, di ko na tinry :( hahaha
1PM - 3PM: Explore Ngong Ping 360 & Village
Pagbaba mo ng train, konting lakad nalang sa bilihan ng ticket for cable car ride going to ngong ping village. May madadaanan pa kayong mall and sa ibaba non, yung bus na sakayan papuntang airport. :) So remember yang CITYGATE OUTLET
Anyway, we bought our “standard cabin roundtrip ticket at HK$165 (Php 951.41)/head When we went there, medyo mahaba ang pila. nakakaloka so sakto lang din na maaga kaming umalis sa hotel. #BlessingInDisguise
The whole cable car trip was about 5.7km, medyo matagal haha pwede ka na matulog jk haha ang bagal din kasi ng andar nya. While I was riding the cable car, we passed different mountains and may mga trails dun, narealize ko, what if may cable car sa Pinas, baka pwedeng sumakay nalang kaysa mag hike. haha!
Anyway, we arrived at Ngong Ping Village around 2pm na and umaambon and we don’t have any umbrella :(
Ang daming instagramable places here! haha so disclaimer: medyo flood tong next posts haha You can see sa entrance palang yung Giant Buddah which is called “Tian Tan Buddha”
There are shops inside the village, may restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Since it was umaambon, we looked for who also sells unique umbrellas.
(But we didn’t buy this one. tumigil na yung ambon e haha pero after we took this pic, may sign palang may bayad na HK$10 pag nag picture) tumakbo nalang kami. HAHA! ~silly things.
We’re close enough to that giant buddah! Say hello to our very BFF pose.=))
As we walked close enough to the buddah, unfortunatelly, in order for you to go up, you have to pay an entrance free. We didn’t check it how much, ang dami din kasing tao plus you have to go through to that 200 steps. haha!
Anyway we really had fun and we’re exposed to their culture for a short time.
After this, we went straight ahead to MTR pero you have to ride cable car. May konti pa kasing tira sa sa card namin like HK$5, we thought parang train dito sa PH, pag may piso pa, pwede pa bumyahe, eh sa HK, ang isang trip HK$14 halos. and then ayun, di na kami nakasakay, what we did, we rode the bus instead. remember yung City Tour, eto yung parking sa baba :) Pila lang sa S1 dahil direcho sa airport na yun.
Then ride a bus na may nakalagay na City Tour :D AS FAR AS I CAN REMEMBER, HK$7 Php 40.36 yung fare going to HK Airport.
Pag dating sa airport, we returned our mtr tickets, then may deposit syang HK$50 right? so we got the deposit pa. :) but you can opt not to return it for souvenir purposes haha but we returned it. We need to make pa print sa airport kasi di kami nakapag check in. HAHA! at PS: Napaka mahal! HK$10 na din ha tapoooos. di pa ayos yung pagka print? haha saklap. So inulit namin, so it cost us HK$20 (Php 114.17) KAIYAK PO. haha!
So during that time around 5pm, hindi pa open yung counter namin, so di talaga kami makapag check in, we have to wait din sa boarding time.
TAPOS nung pwede na mag board, DI SIYA TINANGGAP YUNG PINAPRINT NAMIN :’( WTF. HAHA! So pumila kami sa Cebu Pacific nung nag open na counter nila.lurky. It was a great indeed funny and exciting HKxMacau Trip! :) Looking forward to the next trp <3 Hopefully with other friends na haha!

Hongkong x Macau Trip | A 3-days x Php 10k pocket money challenge (DAY 2)
*Continuation of my previous blog. Read DAY 1 HERE
HELLO MACAU!
6:00 – 6:30 AM MTR Tsim Sha Tsiu to Shueng Wan
We went to MTR Tsim Sha Tsiu to Central Station (Red to Blue), then Central Station to Shueng Wan
*HongKong Macau Ferry Terminal is located at Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan with extensive transportation network. It is connected with MTR Sheung Wan station*
6:30 – 7:00 AM Buy Ferry tickets & waiting for next trip
We bought our Macau tickets Hk$ 165 (Php 947.21) one way at Cotai Water Jet. Every 15minutes, may trip sila to Macau so hindi ganun katagal hinintay namin :)
Yung totoo, puro oldies kasabay namin pumunta. HAHA! Anyare? Ganon ba talaga pag maaga masyado? haha
7:00AM – 8:00AM Ferry ride going to Macau
Sobrang ingay nung mga kasabay namin as in kala mo mga nag aaway. Or baka nagkataon lang sa mga kasabay namin? :p so if you’re planning to sleep, wait nyo nalang sa kalagitnaan ng trip. haha!
8:00 – 8:30 AM Macau Immigration
Wala namang fee, pipila ka lang and ippresent mo lang yung passport mo with the papers (yung paper from immigration na inissue sa Philippines) Nakalagay lang dun sa maliit na piece of paper if gano katagal kayo pwede mag stay sa HK. Then mag iissue si Macau immigration ng maliit na piece of paper if gano katagal lang kayo pwede mag stay sa Macau :) So make sure to keep those piece of papers kasi hahanapin yan sa immigration :)
8:30AM – 9:30AM Macau Ferry to Venetian Mall
Most transportaion in Macau are buses. So from Macau ferry, may mga free bus shuttle c/o hotels. Yung famous Gondola in Macau is located in Venetial Mall, so sakay kayo sa free bus ng Venetian Mall =)
9:30 – 11:00 AM Explore venetian mall, gondola & Lunch
Seriously.. photo overload na sa venetian hotel. Anak na ng quota. haha!
Anyway, thanks to these girls whom we forgot to ask the names but they helped us in taking some of our photos. Vice versa actually. haha! Di din namin alam if ano nationalities nila. They don’t speak english so hand gestures ang labanan! :p
We also tried the Gondola :)
Amount: MOP$ 128.00 Php 736.44
TIP: You can also use your HK$ since same amount lang naman sila and nirerecognize naman ng Macau ang HK$ :)
(okay sana pala pinag sama sama ko yung nasa gondola para mas maayos. haha!)
Anyway during our gondola activity, may mag-’oobligatory picture’ sa inyo pang souvenir. haha so we bought it. para souvenir namin. HAHA ANO DAW?)
Got the keychain for MOP$150 (Php 860.61) - nakakaiyak ah. haha and this cute ref magnet MOP$80 (Php459.45) mas mura pa magnet nkklk HAHA!
11:00AM – 12:00NN LUNCH
Can I just say this is the prettiest food court i’ve been to. <3
I bought this chicken rice around MOP$65 (PHP 373.14) PS: Plus okay din na may MOP $ kayo pag nasuklian kasi you will use it when you tour and for transpo to the other side of Macau (city)
12:00NN – 12:30PM Tour to other hotel – casino like City of dreams, Clock tower etc.
Magkakatabi lang naman yung mga hotel – casinos. Mostly hotels dun, puro casino lang mapupuntahan unlike venetial hotel, may mall and casino kaya ang pinuntahan nalang namin is yung City Of Dreams in which may FREE shuttle going to Macau City. Wala din kami masyado nakitang public transportation around this area so better ride the free shuttle :)
12:30PM – 1:30 PM Travel from Macau Hotel-Casinos to Macau City
So we took the free bus from City of Dreams and ang drop off point nito is near Senado Square. So ask the bus driver na ibaba kayo near Senado Square :)
1:30 – 2:30 PM Explore Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul Cathedral
Senado Square, eto yung parang TST sa hongkong.
Some buildings as you pass by Senado Square.
Tapos lalakarin mo hanggang dulo para makarating sa st. Paul ruins which is di na namin inabot kasi pagod na kami maglakad ni Pia. HAHA! Anyway, may mga tiangge at street market pwede kayo mamili. Nung nag punta kami, ang daming tao so madami ding Filipino na pwede pag tanungan.
So happy, may free food! Free food tasting haha. Hello Bacon and chips.
After that, last tourist spot is in Fisherman’s wharf, walking distance lang sya sa Ferry.
2:30 – 3:00 PM Travel going to Fisherman’s wharf.
So ewan ko paano nila namomonitor haha! Basta sabi ng Pinoy na pinagtanungan namin, mag laglag lang daw kami ng 3 coins =)))
So tayuan din naman sa bus. Kala ko sa Pilipinas lang e. Haha!
3:00PM – 3:30PM Bus Ride going to Fisherman’s wharf
May guide naman sa loob ng mga bus stops and sa mismong bus, inaannounce if malapit na sa bus stop J So bumaba na kami sa Pinaka terminal which is yung Ferry kasi lumagpas kami. Haha! So nilakad nalang namin from Ferry to Fisherman’s wharf :)
3:30 – 4:00PM: Enjoy Fisherman’s wharf
Ang ganda dito! Parang the mummy returns ang vibe plus greek thing because of the pillars. Perfect for pictorials! Pictorial galore lang talaga ang attraction dito sa Fisherman’s wharf :p May open area na pwedeng mag shows.. Pero baka ginagamit lang yun pag may event =))
4:00 – 4:30PM Walk galore going to Ferry Terminal & Buy Ticket
May other options na aside from Cotai Jet, we took the Turbo Jet that costs HK$153 (Php878.32) only so mas mura to kaysa dun sa nauna naming nasakyan haha!
4:30PM – 5:30 PM travel time Going back to HK + Immigration
Mabilis lang yung immigration. Ipapa fill up na nila sayo yung form habang nasa ferry pa.
TIP: Make sure kabisado nyo or may guide kayo kasi need nyo i fill up yung details ng pinag sstayan nyo in HK :)
No photos na aside from this kasi plakda. Tulog sa ferry. HAHA!
5:30 – 6:30 PM Explore Kowloon park
Ang ganda din dito. Refreshing. Pagkalabas mo ng Ferry Terminal, Kowloon park na agad, so konting lakad nalang
Along the way, may nakita kaming Mcdo booth na may green tea sundae! So bumili kami ni Pia :) Got my sundae for HK$15 (PHP 90) :) Though ang sungit nung cashier haha!
And then first time kong makakita ng flamingos, for real! Pink pala talaga sila. HAHA! Cute :)
6:30 – 7:00 PM: Sumakay na kami ng MTR going to TST Used our octopus card again =)
7:00 – 8:00PM: Dinner time sa fastfood!
Tried KFC this time. Food cost around HK$30-65. Dipende sa order mo :) Yung inorder namin costs: HK$37.5 (215.27)/head Kakaiba yung chicken and fries. Wala ding gravy huhubels. Mas masarap pa din KFC dito satin!! :D
8:00 - 8:30PM Mini shopping going back to hotel
We decided to walk nalang going to our hotel since malapit na din so we could also buy some stuff for friends and family :)
8:30 - 10PM :Rest time sa hotel :)
10:00PM – 12:00Mn Explore HK at night
(Random Streets along nathan road & canton road)
At Avenue of Stars :)
We also tried their street food. Yummers. Cost us around HK$30/head (PHP 172.43) dipende if ilan makain nyo. haha! then we bought our drinks at 7/11 for HK$8 (PHP 45.98)
