I feel frustrated by Megumi's scars... I love this concept, but... ugh...

I’m SO TEMPED to rip websites code and repurpose them for my own on neocities. I saw a really cool desktop theme for someone’s website and I was like “hm I wonder if they have a template” they didn’t :/ I looked around to see if they said that people could use their website as a template or if they said we couldn’t didnt see anything. But I don’t wanna rip their code since ik they worked hard on it. Sadage.
