'Alreeeet' isn't Polari, it means 'alright' in northern English slang. 'Chavvy' means 'child' in Polari which makes no sense in the context, but Louis has called himself a chav plenty of times and he means it in the British slang sense of being a working class guy who dresses in a very casual way.
