Damn, it's been a while since I've posted about Nevermore, but today's episode calls for it.

So far, I've been enjoying the new season although the episodes feel too short (but I assume it's s bc I can never get enough of this story). Many backstories and I'm living for it.

I want to know more about Prospero's past, mainly. I hope Ada doesn't really die, despite her turning to ash like an Avenger.

And about Will... I have only one question, for the stag: WHY COULDN'T IT BE MONTRESOR INSTEAD?????? THE BITCH WAS RIGHT. THERE.

Will is such a sad character, spineless and with such a pitiful need to be liked by others. It makes sense, since he had thirteen siblings and likes men. Seems like he could never be himself and took whatever resemblance of "love" or "acceptance" he could gather. And the worst part is he allowed others to treat him poorly during his lifetime and well-after his death. Completely doomed by the narrative, this guy.

I don't feel particularly bad because I wasn't rooting for him at all, but still.

Btw, what the hell is Lenore doing during all this shitshow???

to be honest it amazes me how many people think that nanahachi isn't canon or that it's queerbait or that Ai Yazawa didn't realize she was making them gay. like right before Nana she wrote a manga with a bi character and a trans one who ALSO appear in the Nana extras. and also if they were a man and a woman people wouldn't see these scenes and assume they're meant to be taken in a platonic way. they'll explicitly say they're in love with each other and for some reason the fandom will insist it's entirely platonic, or go "I wish they were gay!" as if they already aren't
