Sherlock: You want me to be her parent?
John: You already are. It's just a formality.
Sherlock: But how will she explain it to her friends when she's older?
John: There are many kids that got adopted by one parent. I'm sure we'll find literature about this topic to help her.
Sherlock: I doubt there's literature about being adopted by a parent that isn't in a relationship with the other parent.
John: We're kind of in a relationship, Sherlock. Wouldn't you agree? Only the kissing and the sex is missing.
Sherlock: Unfortunately I have to agree.
John: Unfortunately because we're kind of in a relationship?
Sherlock: Unfortunately there are aspects missing.
John: gasps Would you want them to be part of our relationship?
Sherlock: Don't worry. I respect that you're not gay.
John: What happened to 'married to my work'? I thought you didn't do those things.
Sherlock: You have always been the exception, John. You should know that by now.
John: Right. coughs You know that you are for me too?
Sherlock: Am what?
John: The exception.

main pet peeve is when people refer to any watson as being perfect for holmes because he’s the only one who can “put up” with him like mate watson is madly in love with those insufferable quirks specifically he’s not putting up with them he’s getting off

sherlock teaching john to dance is easily the most romantic piece of writing in the entire show like the symbolism of sherlock standing alone surrounded by dancing couples is suggestive enough but the addition of him having taught john how only confirms the sentiment that he’s alone because he’s meant to be dancing with john

thinking about moffat’s “i think to write a character who never falls in love would mean you’d be writing a character who doesn’t ever get who they are - who doesn’t ever see themselves reflected and forgiven in the eyes of another person” because my god

yknow how in asip sherlock was like “this alarmingly pink lady had a string of lovers but the relationships didn’t last because she was married”. that’s exactly like in asib with john having a string of relationships which ended when they realised john was basically married to sherlock. and tbh john’s a great boyfriend and a very lucky man.

i genuinely cannot tell you if i absolutely hated or loved this movie. i found the plot extremely complicated and i feel like that girl came out of nowhere and had a pretty poor character arc. like…she be using her powers way too well for someone who never knew how to control them…also some shots were poorly edited and y’all cannot disagree cause it’s facts. like stephen’s third eye or when wanda was doing the ritual. idk man i found it weird. i feel like one of the best scenes was when strange goes to wanda and later realizes she’s tripping him. that was cool. i liked the horror sides but then again i’m still confused on the whole illuminati thing like wtf was john krasinzky doing there LMFAO. and captain carter too. so glad that bitch died. her presence was truly unnecessary though. also like, now what? i don’t believe wanda is actually dead but tf will she do now? bro idk i have very mixed feelings about this movie.
