"My first day, Gigi?.... I talk about it a lot to new monsters coming in, but I haven't sat on the memory in a while. The nights before, I was really biting at the bolts to start! I read every magazine I could get my claws into! Cryptopolitan, Glamgore, Teen Scream, Sevenscream, Tomb Vogue.... With so many articles with advise and tests. I thought I was ready for everything!"

"Of course, my dad often says that the best laid plans of monster and men often fail. He was soooo right. I tried so hard to be cool and perfect that I ended up being the worst. I made amends and got my best boos out of the whole thing. It all goes to show that we are all still learning and growing as monsters. Even when we feel like we have it all stitched together."

Hey Val! It's Pride Month coming up! I wanted to see if we can host a mixer for the last day of June for all the LBGTQIA+ monsters to come to and have a safe environment. Not that our usual dances and events aren't safe, but sometimes monsters are not out of the coffin yet. Ya know? I think I kinda need a spokesmonster.

What do you say? Are you in?

For the record. I am open to playing the movie or cartoon-accurate non-binary Frankie is there is demand for them.

One of my kiddos is gender-nonconforming and is excited for the new movie and show.

I am not a Gen 1 purist. I just don't like a lot of elements of Gen 2. Yet I am open-minded about Gen 3. :)

Frankie was feeling so totally drained when lunch came around. Finally, she would see what Spookie High had to offer in the Creepeteria. It didn't have to be good, just nourishing at the very least. As she followed the line forward, Frankie was about to gather a slice of pizza. Then, A bolt from the blue. Literally.

Her eyes widen as a surge of electricity moved from the metal surface of the lunch line to the tray that Frankie was holding, up her arm and into her whole being. The metallic bolts on her neck sparked and her hair even fluffed up with static as she let out a sound of surprise rather than pain. When the jolt stopped, she can see the other monsters that were affected behind her. All of them hissing or groaning. It would appear that the electric shock started in the back and traveled down to her... but what was the conductor?

At the very back of the line, she saw a girl apologizing. Frankie stepped aside with tray in hand as Frankie watched with blinking bi-colored eyes. She has never seen another simulacrum made from human, like her.... well.... outside of her mother and father. They even had a similar hair color, fashion sense, and maybe even the same klutzy freaky flaw. It was then that Frankie was DETERMINED to talk to her.

"I-It's fine." She spoke up and moved to the back of the line with the girl. "It seems the current stopped with me. It actually felt really refreshing!" She reassured the ghoul before offering a kind smile. "I'm Frankie. I'm visiting from Monster High."
