With Greg bringing up the NDA and trying to get the case dismissed, are they guarantee to successfully get Sarah's case dismissed and still get away with everything they have done? I hope not...

civil cases can be refiled at any time after dismissal, unless the case is dismissed with prejudice. sarah's case seems anything but frivolous so i sorely doubt the judge would dismiss it in such a manner. if anything, sarah will be free to file the case again in washington or the judge can rule that the case be transferred there to help minimize some of the work that has to be done.

right now the jacksons and their team are picking apart the finer details of the case without actually touching the content. this is pretty normal stuff in litigation. it's a way for them to draw out more time to prepare their actual defense, assuming things get that far. it also will help them cut down on their own legal fees should they have to travel to testify in person or call witnesses during the trial.

from what i have seen, the NDA was only included to demonstrate that all of the stuff sarah's team talked about in her complaint happened in washington, not michigan, and is part of the argument as to why the venue should be moved.

my only real concern right now is that i hope sarah can stay with her current judge. could be a stretch on my part to assume, but she seemed pretty reasonable in her rulings about sarah's anonymity and spent a lot of time prior to being a judge working as a prosecutor. she worked a lot of high-profile felonies, including child sexual abuse cases, so i would hope she has a good understanding of the psychology of people who traffic young women and girls, something that's pretty crucial to understanding greg and lucas' behavior.

breakdown of greg and lucas’ response:

they claim that michigan is an improper venue to host the case.

the complaint doesn’t explain how greg specifically targeted underage girls in the state of michigan, only in general

sarah admitted the activities she described happened in washington, and not michigan, as well as traveling to washington from michigan.

they say greg doesn’t have control over who would watch his youtube channel, or where they lived--that was google and youtube’s job.

Taylor and Sarah.

So it wasn’t overly known unless you actively follow eoliveson or any main anti onision blogs, and it’s what got me started back into the onision drama (after a long, and needed, hiatus.)

Anyways, during Taylor’s “exploration of her sexuality”, she started flirting with an underage fan, Sarah. Sarah was warned about Taylor and Greg but instead of taking any advice she chose to continue “being friends” with the 20 year old mother.

During Taylor’s “exploration” she promoted having overage (18+) women “hit her up”…most likely to talk to her as a possible sexual partner.

Sarah also would joke about her being “jailbait”, and when she was asked if Taylor touched her inappropriately she responded very vaguely. (I didn’t get a screen shot of that in time, but if anyone has it, please let me know so i can add it!!!!)

As you can see, Taylor said “I’m grooming you nicely” ???? Strange behavior

Sarah also had retweeted things such as this:

YT knew greg/kai were a problem.

YT enabled greg/kai by keeping them in the partnership program, even though issues had been raised repeatedly.

this made the situation worse over time and YT makes money from it.

This is very unlikely, but I'm curious... Is there a chance Onision's smear campaign would successfully work and get Sarah and all his other victims into prison? Or very likely a no, because it has lots of "holes" and fallacies in it…

it's entirely unlikely. the muddy nature of their original relationships with greg has kind of sealed that fate. it's already pretty hard to prosecute cis women for sexually assaulting cis men for a number of reasons, but based on every other woman's testimony about how greg coerces women into having sex with him, then he claims that for just this one time it was reversed make me highly skeptical and would make anyone who knows about greg's history (both his relationships in general, but also with sarah) mutually skeptical.

if anything, i would be more concerned about greg taking his own legal action and filing a civil case. but i doubt he would, because if he had anything to go off of, he would have filed it already and we wouldn't be hearing him scream into the void constantly.

@b0ss-2003 replying here because secondary blogs can’t do that directly (pain): i’ve thought about what publishing it would look like, but i’m not very far along into the first draft of the manuscript for it to matter very much.

part of the reason why i’m a bit cagey is because i wanted to go legit with it and have some third parties go over it before it gets released to the general public. that way i can avoid any possible legal issues down the road. it’s kind of a complex project because i don’t just want to write a biography, i want to kind of write something to help give people the words they need to describe their own encounters with abuse using this as a very concrete example. it can be a really difficult line to walk, but i think i can pull it off with the resources professional publishing houses have access to.

if this book can become what i am hoping for, the last thing i want is a barrier to access, so i’m totally open to just giving people digital copies of the final product upon request!

right now, i've been working on researching his early childhood, but rest assured, i have a bot that privately archives his tweets, so i can review them when i'm ready to. i'm a touch out of the loop about why he's specifically making the claims he is since i've been away since 2020, but i will be looking into it eventually.

from what i remember, most of his claims are:

since he can't pretend he didn't have sex with sarah given the evidence we know about, he has to twist the situation to make him look like the victim (hence the rape claims).

he still obsessively talks about shiloh because she (like all victims of abuse) is a flawed person and uses anything she's ever done wrong to paint her negatively. this year will mark 11 or 12 years since they broke up for the final time.

claims he "has never met" regina, which while technically true, he does know who they are and likely had access to kai's accounts and saw anything regina sent to him. regina has every right to go after him and kai.

that's a bit of the short of what i remember and what i've seen reiterated on twitter when i check it. i don't think that the overall gist has changed of these claims, but i'm sure there's plenty of minor inconsistencies to pick through. he did a livestream recently that i'm sure is littered with them.

Onision’s Health

Onision has stated recently that he is struggling with Rosacea. It is not clear if he saw a dermatologist for his skin issues, but it is clear that he occasionally breaks out with redness on his cheeks, nose, and forehead. 

When you have Rosacea, there are foods and behaviors you need to avoid. Foods to avoid include caffeine, soy, different beans, foods high in histamines, food additives, hot foods, yoghurts, acidic foods such as citrus fruits and tomatoes, chocolate & vanilla, avocados, sugary and starchy foods (potatoes), and more. Greg logs his daily food intake on his Instagram, Onision Foods. In his food log, you can see his diet is rich in these foods. They are wreaking havoc on his skin, and will cause a severe outbreak.

You are supposed to avoid sun exposure, hot temperatures, humidity. You are supposed to wear sunscreen daily. He admits to wearing cosmetics to cover up the redness. In the few photos in which he doesn’t have makeup on, it is a day in which he does not have an outbreak. Here is an example of him treating his skin poorly, he clearly did not protect his skin enough this day or he wouldn’t have gotten a sunburn. This can lead to a breakout of Rosacea. Sunburns also increase the chances of skin cancer. Every time you get a sunburn the UV radiation alters and damages the DNA composure of your skin. The painful reaction your skin has to sun damage, is your body trying to repair the damage, but once damage has been done, much of it is permanent. Rosacea is partially caused by extreme sun exposure over time. Significant facial disfigurement, emotional suffering, and serious ocular complications are the consequences if left untreated. He may use creams and skin care, but his diet and sun exposure pose a serious risk to his Rosacea worsening.     Rosacea Sources: Source 1, Source 2, Source 3, Source 4, Source 5.

Sun exposure can also cause tumors to form under your skin. Greg has complained about a large tumor on his back. This tumor may have also been caused by sun exposure, but that is unclear. It could be a lipoma which is hereditary, the most common form of tumor, usually benign. However, he is not concerned about it. If it is a lipoma and it goes untreated it may become cancerous over time and turn into liposarcoma, a fat-cell cancer. Skin Sources: Source 1, Source 2.

Greg frequently makes negative comments about coffee-drinkers. He calls coffee-drinkers addicts, pathetic beings, and dependent on their “drug”. What drug could he possibly be talking about? Caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant. Other drugs that are stimulants include Ritalin and Adderall, meth, and cocaine. Greg is very aware of caffeine as a drug and detests the use of it. 

Greg is a tea-drinker. There is caffeine in tea. Occasionally, he will have tea in his videos, or shown on Instagram. He also has posted about tea being good for you, on Twitter. As a person with Rosacea, caffeine can be a big trigger for break outs. Caffeine is also addictive and can lead to dependence on it. Greg is knowingly putting his health at risk. 

The affects of caffeine include feeling more alert and active, restlessness, excitability and dizziness, anxiety and irritability, dehydration and needing to urinate more often, higher body temperature, faster breathing and heart rate, headache and lack of concentration, and stomach pains. Symptoms of caffeine overdose include tremors, nausea and vomiting, very fast and irregular heart rate, confusion and panic attacks, seizures, and possibly death. Long term use of caffeine can cause osteoporosis, high blood pressure and heart disease, heartburn, ulcers, difficulty sleeping, infertility (in men and women), anxiety, depression, needing to use more to get the same effect, and dependence on caffeine. Withdrawal symptoms include headaches, tiredness, sweating, muscle pains, anxiety and tension. There is no safe level of drug use. Use of any drug always carries some risk. It’s important to be careful when taking any type of drug. Caffeine Source: Source 1. 

Another important aspect of health is someones mental well-being. Throughout Greg’s life he has expressed that he was struggling with depression, on many occasions. We need to take this seriously in consideration when it comes to the entirety of his health. There are many chronic conditions that can be caused by depression. Some major ones are osteoporosis, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. If you have depression, you will increase your chances of those life threatening diseases. Greg’s untreated depression causes him to be more at risk than someone without depression. Depression also puts sufferers more at risk for drug abuse, queue his caffeine use. You are also more prone to be reckless and self harm, but also more prone to social isolation and illnesses. You are also more likely to commit suicide or cause yourself permanent bodily damage when you suffer from depression. Mental Health Sources: Source 1, Source 2 

Greg is overly critical of others when it comes to their health. Health is not a determining factor of someone’s worth, people with poor health still deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. As someone who is more prone to issues like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, he is in the wrong to call his body “perfectly healthy”. He needs to take steps towards improving his health before he makes fun of others for their outward appearances. Body size does not determine someone’s health, Greg may look “healthy” but he certainly isn’t. His drug use and the neglect of his illnesses puts him at risk of developing major bodily damage. He knowingly uses an addictive stimulant drug, even though he criticizes others who use them same drug as him. He worsens his Rosacea by not protecting his skin and eating an inflammatory diet. He has untreated depression that fluctuates in severity throughout his life. He puts himself more at risk for life threatening diseases, and in some ways knowingly.  

How are people dishonest for being critical of him when he is now proven to be very unhealthy? Isn’t he the one being dishonest? It is somehow okay for him to shame other people’s bodies, but when his is shamed it is “dishonest?”

greg was raised as a seventh day adventist, and despite claiming to be an atheist, still parrots everything he ever learned from the church growing up minus anything about god, the bible, or their end-of-days rhetoric.

Bizarre how Onision is critical of Republicans being pro-life when he blasted some of his exes and family members on the internet for choosing to get abortions. Almost like he's only trying to appeal to liberals to garner an audience despite not actually supporting or believing in what he's preaching 🤔
