jollyvibes is getting that from pann, kpkf translated a pann post about kaistal way back when it first came out and some of the comments talked about how another exo couple would be exposed. some said in june while others said later in the second half of the year.
How easy it is to make predictions when you’re anonymous and unaccountable to a past record. I wouldn’t put much trust in those kinds of people.

How does food support by fans work? As in, what does it take to get it happen successfully? I imagine the fandom has to liaise with the agency since the idols' diets are always managed.
Diet isn’t the issue.
You also need to contact the production company.

In 2016 alone ikon will have at least 28 tours in Japan alone and plus them recording a show for a month in China and touring before in China and an Asian tour starting with Thai and Singapore why are they doing this to ikon they haven't even reached one year! and when will YG realize they need to promote in Korea? They're a Korean group
Because it makes them money.
Because it will give your boys the fastest road to holding a Tokyo Dome concert in Korean entertainment history.
Why can’t you fans see that?

Do you watch dramas? If so which ones are ur favorite?
Not recently. The most recent one I watched was YWCFTS, which was like the first I’d watched in like what, 1-2 years?

I heard from k-fans that dispatch is planning to out another SM couple in the second half of 2016. It said it would be the most shocking news 'till now and that it got pushed back long enough or whatever. There was also a comment about AOA Hyejeong and EXO Chen dating but I don't think Hyejeong is big enough for it to become the 'hottest topic yet' (besides, it would be really damaging for AOA given the fact that Jimin and Seolhyun already messed up before). Have you heard anything related?
Receipts, please.
Dispatch doesn’t talk to anyone except sources. I should know.

Hey, I wanted to say that I really like how you don't beat around the bush. I'm a CNBLUE fan & the recent stock scandal has me really worried. They had a clean image for the last 6 years but this scandal seems to have totally ruined their rep. The knetizens seem to think of Yonghwa as an unfilial son. Will this really affect them in the long run? I personally think FNC was crappy in managing this crisis, (they're crappy in general). What can they do to come back from this?
Yonghwa probably needs to go underground for a year or two until the whole thing blows over and some other scandal is the flavour of the moment… but FNC seems to be feigning ignorance. Interested to see where it goes.

Why does SM keep pushing the EDM influenced/mid tempo tracks? It's not that I don't like them but Korea isn't really buying it and more and more people are complaining about it. Does that mean that they truly think that Korea will start eating it up at some point?
EDM does work in some respects in the Korean market. I think SM are trying to capture that aspect.

So before, you said lsm was a Freemason. Are there any of his artists who are also involved in that? Or is it just him? I know they aren't nearly as powerful as him so it makes me wonder. And what about the devout Christians who work for him?
Freemasonry isn’t a religion, or contradictory to religions, is it?

You said the the 80%-20% in SM is BS. If I'm not mistaken, but wasn't it the first reason why the members left (JYJ and ex-EXOs)?
And here some of them are, still paying SM for the privilege of working (even without SM doing any work for it).

The no recording policy, is it from the artist management or concert promoter? May I know the reason?
Usually artist management, sometimes venue policy.
Venues because they want to charge money for it. Artist management because it gives them monopoly over content filmed in the concert for future photobooks, photos for hyping stuff up, encouraging more people to come to other legs of the concert since they wouldn’t have seen it, DVD/Blu-ray sales. There’s also more freedom to experiment or use unlicensed content during the concert without getting into too much trouble.

Theoretically.

Do you know why The Handmaiden (아가씨) was such a huge hit in SK even though the theme is considered a taboo by the Korean society?
Because apparently if it’s film, and supposedly if only adults are watching, it’s all okay. Heaven forbid two girls sharing a peck on the lips in a drama miniseries… but yo, length scenes of a girl going down on another girl, and scissoring like their lives depend on it? ART! ART, I TELL YOU!
Korea is weird, but if this helps to normalize reception somewhat, maybe it works. Unfortunately, I think we’re moving into just fetishising homosexuality and using it as a shock thing to generate money. Hopefully, if this is true, we can power through it into a new generation where society can accept it as normal behaviour, (instead of the behaviour of a twisted, mental state of vulnerable people, as it usually is for Korean cinema)
Funnily enough, gay stuff seems to sell really well in Korea. King’s Man/King’s Clown had gay relations between a King and a cross-dressing traveling minstrel actor, and that is like the sixth highest grossing film in the Korean market.
It’s also been hilarious talking to other businessmen about the movie. For a lot of them, it’s the first time that they’ve seen lesbian erotica in any form. Imagine the reaction of 40~50 year old men discovering that genre for the first time, who have been vehemently against homosexuality and then being confused by the site of two beautiful people of the same gender going at it.
