In this video, I will talk to you in "How To Make More Money With An Online Business - 5 Things To Look For"

There are different kind of online business and you have to find the best one for you.

I will address the elephant in the room right away.

1) Yes, you will have to invest in your online business. Even if it is for a trial and that is a great way to test the system/product/service to find out if it is for you or not.

2) You may or may not generate any kind of income. There are NO guarantees.

The reason for this statement. Is because you are the only one who knows your work ethic.

I don't know if you are a hard worker hungry for success or you just "test" the waters and do nothing to get results.

With that being said...

There are 5 thinks To Look For when you want to make more money with an online business.

Those 5 things are:

1) Price Point 2) Recurring or Not 3) Quality 4) Demand for your biz 5) Effort

PRICE POINT There are some products/services/opportunities that pay low commissions and there are others that pay higher commissions.

You have to choose the best one for you. This initial step is the one that will generate you money in the front end.

RECURRING OR NOT If the "thing" that you are promoting generates an ONE-Time commission for you, you will have to work as hard to promote and to generate the same commission next month.

If you promote "something" that will pay a commission PLUS give you monthly residual income, you can work less and smarter.

QUALITY BE very AWARE of this one. If your product is BAD, people will leave it and your income will go to the floor.

If you have a good product, you use it and promote it proudly.

The retention of your "product" will be a LOT higher, getting you more commissions " in the long run".

DEMAND FOR YOUR BIZ If you have a product that is in demand, digital education is, you will be in a better place because people will need your product.

You will be able to provide "something of value" to your prospects and if they use the product, you know they will be able to generate results if they put effort with it.

This is a win-win situation. Your prospects will win by using the product and you will win generating commissions.

EFFORT Another VERY important point.

You can generate MORE money with the SAME amount of effort that will take you to promote a low commission product vs promoting a higher commission product.

... And if you find a product/system/opportunity that will allow you to generate recurring commissions, EVEN BETTER!

CREATE A CAPTURE PAGE I suggest you brainstorm ahead of time of what are you going to type for your header. In this case, I came up with:

Also, if you are planning to use pictures or videos, have them ready to just be plugged in.

CONNECT THE CAPTURE PAGE, THANK YOU PAGE AND AUTORESPONDER When you are in the final stages of creating your capture page, you can connect both, the thank you page and the autoresponder.

Which is why we start backwards! (saves time)

TEST, TEST, TEST! This is a VERY important step. If you start sending traffic to your page and it doesn't work, you waste time and effort.

ALWAYS test your work!

Add your email and a password that you will remember, verify your account by checking the confirmation on your email and fill up all the required information.

CREATE A CAMPAIGN AND ADJUST SETTINGS Creating a campaign with a name that identifies what it is for.

If you are promoting marketing services, perhaps you can call it: marketing_leads or just marketing OR by category of marketing. i.e. marketing_video, marketing_seo, marketing_ig, etc.

The name is just for your reference.

Adjust the settings by unchecking all the marks. You do not want people to have a double opt-in. It makes things more complicated.

You can add this at a later time when you are a more advanced user.

You could use this feature when you REALLY want quality leads AND are going to send them the information in your email.

If they don't confirm the double opt-in, they won't get the info.

CREATE YOUR FIRST EMAIL AND TEST IT When creating your first email, be sure to remind people WHY they opted in.

Sometimes people are "on the go" and opt-in to many things. Then, they don't check the information immediately and tend to forget. If you remind them why they opted-in in the first email, you will retain them better.

Test, test, test!

It is YOUR responsibility to TEST all your messages to be sure the links work.

There is nothing worse than sending an email with broken links.

As much as possible, be sure to add a "cliffhanger" at the end of the email, so that you will have people opening your emails.

There is a 3 step process that you have to follow to automate your online business. I'll give you an overview of it.

1) Autoresponder and Emails. 2) Capture Page - Bridge Page - Business/Opportunity Page 3) Traffic

AUTORESPONDER AND EMAILS This step is the very first one that you need to create. In the upcoming video, we are going to be talking about it in detail and you will be observing how I create an email sequence from scratch.

For now, it is just enough to let you know that people need to be exposed at least 7 times to your Business/Opportunity in order to make a decision to buy.

That is the purpose of the email sequence, to get in front of your prospect via email to continue following up about your Business/Opportunity, to make a decision and finally to buy from you.

CAPTURE PAGE - BRIDGE PAGE - BUSINESS/OPPORTUNITY PAGE The purpose of this page is to exchange something of value for the name/email combo of a prospect interested in what you have to offer.

For example, I can give out a training that shows people how they can get leads from YouTube, in exchange for their name/email address.

Note. The least information that you ask from prospects, the more chances to get it. I recommend just to ask for their email address.

If you are a seasoned marketer, I recommend to include the bridge page which allows you to introduce yourself before presenting the business/opportunity to your prospect and therefore, having them know you right away.

Lastly...

TRAFFIC I strongly believe that you have to have a strong foundation setup before you can start sending traffic to your capture page.

If you don't do the first 2 modules, sending traffic to your business/opportunity directly is a waste of effort/money.

This particular FOMO applies to affiliate and network marketing.

I've been guilty of this. It wasn't until recently that I discovered this solution that will help me and many others to deal with FOMO.

I was the kind of person who learned about a new 0pportunity online, saw many people joining it and start generating results with it right away and I wanted to do the same, so I joined.

I started putting effort, time and money marketing the new opportunity, to find out that it wasn't working out for me EVEN when others were having great results.

I saw other opportunities coming my way just like the one before, with all the bells and whistles...

... and once again, I fell for it.

All of a sudden, I noticed that I was spending more money on those tools and fees to keep my membership running than the money I was generating from them.

So, I decided to stop and think about why I have done that.

Also, I noticed that I was having great results in one specific opportunity. Which I was promoting hard.

These events in my life gave me the solution to "the fear of missing out" - FOMO

I needed to concentrate on ONLY one of my opportunities. The ONE that was giving me results!

This made my head REALLY clear on what to do!

Stop ALL other distractions (promoting and paying for them) and I will have focus only on the ONE.

...which pays me $100 per referral for as long as they stay in the academy.

Let's start by answering the question - What is a DMO? A DMO is a "Daily Method Of Operations" In plain terms, something that you do every single day.

If you are a brand new person online, perhaps you haven't heard of this concept yet and is new to you.

I want to help you come up with a DMO strategy.

There are 2 MUST do Activities with your DMO. #1 Active #2 Passive

The Active Activity that you SHOULD be doing every single day (the one that will generate income in your biz) is PROSPECTING.

Prospecting is the act of connecting with people, finding out their needs and if your product/service satisfies those needs, suggest it.

The second Activity is passive. That means that you will do something that will help you get "discovered" passively (eventually) and people will contact you about your product/service if it satisfies their needs.

The passive strategy that I recommend and personally use, is VIDEO.

I make YouTube videos because I talk about issues that home entrepreneurs have.

I talk about Mindset, Leadership, and Marketing. 3 things that home entrepreneurs are interested in. So when they search on YouTube for anything related to those 3 topics, my videos will show up in the search results.

The other (brand new as of the recording of this video) search engine for videos is IGTV - Instagram TV.

3) Training If you ever attended a training and took notes, you can use them to come up with content

6) Blogs Blogs are a great source of information on specific topics. If you follow a blogger, create your own content based on their teachings.

Before we start, I want you to understand the process that professional marketers follow:

Ad - Capture Page - Autoresponder - Sells

They create an Ad on Facebook, people get interested in what the ad offers (free video, free book, free PDF, etc.) so they are sent to a capture page to enter their name and email. Then, they are added to an autoresponder campaign so they will receive several emails trying to build a relationship between the sender and the receiver and lastly, the sender offers a product or service in the emails.

If the sender did a good job at creating trust, the receiver will buy.

This process is mainly - automated.

In Facebook, you can do all of this but requires manual effort. It goes like this:

Friend/Accept request - Posting - Curiosity post - Sells

You either, send or receive a friend request, post in your page so that you can build a relationship with your leads/friends, then, create a curiosity post to find out who will be interested in your products or services and sell them to those who raised their hand.

How To Rank Videos On YouTube With Video Flow

Video flow is a great way to keep your viewers on your channel longer and watching more of your videos.

The longer they stay in your channel and the more videos they watch, the more your videos rank in importance in Google's algorithm.

The way that you apply this strategy is by using End screen & Annotations and cards (if you want to send your viewers to a website).

It basically works like this...

You create a video and at the end of the video, you add end screens pointing to a "previous" and "after" video. Or you can call them "related" videos to the current video.

This videos "suggest" the viewer to continue watching related videos to the one they just finished watching.

Personally, I also add a subscription button so my viewers can subscribe right there by pressing a button.

The other thing that I add, is a card that allows me to send people to a website that I recommend. In the case of this video, to The Home Business Academy Training for YouTube.

You can find a lot of uses for this card. Use your imagination. ;)

Personally, I use the color combination yellow and black.
