I want more people to know that while the Palestine Olympic team consists of only 8 athletes, at least 69 Palestinian Olympic athletes have been killed since October 2023. This includes athletes who were going to compete in these games and retired athletes such as Majed Abu Maraheel, the first Palestinian Olympian, who died of kidney failure in a refugee camp product of lack of medical treatment.
Remember them during these games.

I currently have 700+ followers. And I will urge all of you to read about what is happening in Bangladesh. What has happened in Bangladesh. I am adding irrelevant tags of the fandoms I follow to garner more attention. I apologize in advance.
The government of Bangladesh killed 950+ people, innocent people, students, all because they demanded a system that will give them government jobs based on merit rather than quota. To suppress the students Sheikh Hasina and its government imposed 5 days of total internet blackout. While imposing this blackout they killed off anyone of the streets. They killed people from helicopters by shooting and throwing grenades. Many kids died in their own homes as the bullet shot them through their window.
Sheikh Hasina and its police took away all the dead bodies and the death registries from the hospital. The official death toll is only 200.
That monster of a PM didn't acknowledge the death of the students. Instead she is crying over the infrastructure vandalism. I request you, rise up and speak out about this. Educate yourself and let other people know. The internet blackout have suppressed the truth at large. The Bangladeshi people are in deep surveillance and the government have made 2000+ arrests on false charges just because they have shared the Information. There is mass fear mongering. I know most of you people are not Bangladeshis and that's why you need to help us and speak up about it. Join your local protests, share the news in your social media, twitter Instagram. I beg you, don't let my people's murderers get away with it. Don't let my people's death be forgotten.
I am attaching some links for you to understand the horror of it all.
This Facebook page Bringing justice to you has documented all the horrors and the massacres that happened on Bangladeshi people. TW : all kinds of blood, gore, death bodies, every single horrible things imaginable but shows what went down.
This ig page is also another page that brings you the horror stories.

Al-Jazeera has been a very credible news source while the Bangladesh was under blackout. They have made several segments. I am attaching the latest one.
youtube
UN Human Rights have called out Bangladesh for explanation regarding the crackdown
instagram
Amnesty International's report of Bangladesh government using lethal weapon against its people and mass murder
There are many more contents, proof and videos to show you the horrors that was unfolded in the crackdown. Sheikh Hasina killed her people like insects and violated every single human rights imaginable. Please share these. Support us. Help us. I beg you all.

I don’t know how else to say this but you quite literally cannot have “unwavering commitment to Israel” while caring about the humanitarian toll in Gaza. Right? Unwavering commitment to Israel is what has made the humanitarian crisis so severe. It’s was gives the funds for the Israeli war machine. It provides the bombs. It’s what allowed a war criminal to address congress with no repercussions. I mean truly, genuinely, you cannot claim to care about Gazans and maintain unwavering support of Israel

Diversity win! The person who'll be dropping bombs on you next is also genocidal and was a prosecutor who send countless people to prison, but it's okay, because she's Black and people are going to use her the same way as Obama (but worse) to silence you about incarcerated people and Palestinians

"Stop the genocide. 15,000 children are dead because of you. You're a murderer."
@codepink-for-peace activists confronted US Vice President Kamala Harris on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
They were forcefully removed, assaulted, and illegally detained by the show's security.

the memes and jokes about biden dropping out are all great but PLEASE dont turn away and forget the victims of him directly funding a genocide. these are real people that are still being impacted by his cruelty, their tragedies are still ongoing and they need our support more than ever.
if I can suggest a Palestinian family to support, I'll highly recommend Wafaa—who you can read about [here]. Her sister and niece have both been martyred and one of her daughters gave birth while suffering from a chest wound from a IOF bomb shrapnel. As of right now, Wafaa only needs €7,566 to finally reach her goal!

Think it's important to remember that over the past few months, some of the "Vote Blue no matter who" crowd have churned out the most pompous, condescending, holier than thou posts on the platform. They've spoken to well-informed voters like children, insulted them, told them to suck it up because Biden will be the Democratic candidate and no amount of outrage is going to change that. And now, at a time when unity is paramount, I just want to say: Hahahahahahahahaha

Biden's stepped down for a younger, more competent genocidaire to take his place. Probably think they won't need to change the policy as long as they change the face.

Israel is literally taking a lot of damage on multiple fronts. It's being attacked from the north by Hezbollah, unable to defeat Hamas in Gaza after almost a year, and is now facing attacks from the Houthis alongside the damage it faced from the Houthis blockading ships in the Red Sea. The war in Gaza has also damaged Israel on other fronts too, such as economically and politically. While Israeli society may seem united on the question of Hamas and Palestinians, it is also increasingly divided. Not to mention, Israel is facing a lot of criticism and has lost a lot of support in the public domain, and the ICJ has just delivered a massive blow by recognising and declaring its occupation and activity in the West Bank *and* Gaza illegal. Unless a miracle happens, it's only a matter of time. You cannot come back from this.

it really is mind-boggling to me that the only reason i know about the Congolese and Sudanese genocides is because of the tireless work of grassroots activists and advocates posting on social media. I can honestly say that if I didn't have social media and didn't happen to be following Black authors and activists, I never would have known what was happening in Sudan and Congo because it is simply not being reported in the great majority of mainstream media. We're talking millions upon millions of PEOPLE enduring unimaginable pain and devastation with next to no official reporting. And yes that is in huge part due to the level of violence and displacement occurring that is preventing a lot of news from getting out of these countries, but it's also so blatantly due to anti-Black racism and the perception of African Nations as inherently savage and violent. But genocide is not and never should be normal for anyone anywhere. With that in mind, please keep Congo and Sudan in your thoughts. Check out Focus Congo for resources to help the Congolese people on the ground. Focus Congo's MO is a local organisation whose goal is to rebuild homes, rehabilitate land, and provide medical aid, education, and resources to Congo's most affected people. Also, Check out Keep Eyes On Sudan for how to help out and raise awareness of Sudanese people displaced by civil war. According to Sudanese TikToker bsonblast, donations to local food kitchens in Sudan are desperately needed to fight famine. If anyone has other resources specifically for helping Congo and Sudan, please add them and link them <3
