i’m torn because i love season one because of the single plot and everybody working together basically to get through the obstacle

but i also love season 2 and all the little plots because we get more view into everyone’s personal life and it’s so interesting but it also is a little hard to keep up? idk i’m tORN

I really hope that s3 has one plot and every character is gonna focus on something particular rather than having so many little plots...

Tbh i don’t really agree. One of the things I love about the writing on this show is that there’s not just one major plot going on with all the characters throughout the season, it’s more of a bunch of mini subplots and we get to see how those ultimately all tie together into one big thing at the end. I love watching that happen and seeing so many different stories go on at once and getting to see how they’re connected

I was just thinking about that scene in Mike’s basement where El’s fiddling with the supercomm. They’ve just found Will’s “body” and she knows that can’t be right because he’s, well, actually alive. But she can’t explain it, one, because how do you tell someone that a person is actually alive when that someone just saw that person’s lifeless body dragged out of the water, and two, when that same someone thinks you were lying the whole time and is experiencing a wild rollercoaster of emotions that just made him yell at you? Well, in Eleven’s case, she just goes “Fine, if I can’t TELL you, I’ll SHOW you” and I just love it because it shows how assertive she is, even when she’s confused and hurt (I still haven’t forgiven Mike for lashing out at her like that, come on man). She’s going to get the job done, damn it, come hell or high water. She’s so determined and I just love that about her.
