New thumbnails & previews

hey everyone! I went ahead and updated my latest recolors with a new preview and a new thumbnail, shown below.

if you already had these downloaded and want the updated thumbnail, it is available if you redownload from SFS. just be sure to clear your thumbnail cache before reloading the game!

I likely will update the preview pictures for all older posts to match, but will leave the thumbnails as they are.

250 Followers Gift - The Ever After Collection

Suprise everyone! It's a set!

It's no secret that I've been working on recolors based on two dresses from the Ever After movie. Since I wrapped up the de Barbarac gown before hitting 250 followers, I decided to release both as a set!

I plan on building on this & having a whole collection of Ever After based recolors in the future (hence the title).

Thank you to everyone who follows me, I hope I can continue to produce more content that you enjoy :) The SFS DL link for both gowns is at the bottom of this post!

The Lady de Ghent Gown

This one is a mesh edit/recolor and contains 28 swatches, all of the same pattern.

This dress has 15 solid-colored swatches, all with gold trim.

As The North spans such a vast area of Westeros, influence from different regions such as the Vale and Riverlands, can often be seen.

To combat the cold climate, women of The North tend to wear gowns with higher necklines and head coverings. They favor thicker, layer-able fabrics, with fur and embroidery.

In The Reach, gowns are made from some of the finest fabrics - these gowns are typically detailed with floral embroidery, featuring puffed sleeves, and short bodices.

Ladies prefer to wear their hair in partial updos, decorated with gold netting, pearls, and other delicate fabrics.

hey everyone! just a heads up - i'm going to take some time this week to revamp a few thumbnails/preview pics on my cc posts.

that being said, it'll probably be another week or so before i get to work on any new cc, while i get the redesign figured out.

The Birth of Daemon Targaryen - 81 AC

Following his departure to the Vale, the Prince Aemon was appointed Master of Laws in place of Lord Arryn. The Prince of Dragonstone and his brother, Baelon, drank in celebration of Aemon's appointment to government.

"I will leave the making of law to you, brother," Baelon had said, "I would sooner make sons."

And that was just what he did, for later that year Princess Alyssa bore her Spring Prince a second son, who was given the name Daemon.

The ladies of the Vale often wear their hair covered, or in intricate updos to combat the winds in the Eyrie. Gowns often featured flowy sleeves and v-necks, with delicate embroidery, brocade patterns, & fur lining.

The Union of Daella Targaryen & Rodrik Arryn - 80 AC

By the end of 80 AC, the Houses Targaryen & Arryn were united through the marriage of Princess Daella & Lord Paramount Rodrik.

Rodrik's first wife, the Lady Aemma Grafton had passed during childbirth of their youngest, leaving behind four children - the eldest of which was 3 years Daella's senior.

"It was a small ceremony in the sept at Dragonstone, attended only by close friends and kin; larger crowds made the princess desperately uncomfortable."
