I wanted to post drawings but I'm much too lazy for that 😔 so have little thingies ..?

- Met through a mutual friend, the Traveler.

- Did not get along very well at the start, but they didn't dislike each other. They were just introverted 😭 With every trip that Althea needs to make to Liyue, and every almost-certain-death moment (Xiao exaggerates this), they kind of got comfortable talking and being close.

- Althea sometimes takes Xiao's words in a very hopeless romantic manner. She blames it on how she was brought up during the past 500 years, but we all know it's due to the novels and fanfictions she has been consuming.

- Talkative with each other, but not the loud, group kind of talkative. More so just between them, the kind that's similar to how you'd control your volume when entering deep topics... Kind of like how Xiao gets with the Traveler.

- "you came" "you called" but it is synonymous with BOTH. (Thea's being is very similar to the Traveler's, and I don't think too much on it, but she can be summoned. She hears it.)

- Althea found out that Xiao loved eating snow, and since then, she's been trying to replicate an ice dessert that she had seen before, so that he wouldn't be eating random snow and die (exaggerated).

- When asked, Xiao would say that Althea reminds him of a cat. This can be the same for Thea. The entire thing stemmed from the fact that Althea jokingly mentioned to the Traveler that Xiao is like a stray cat that you feed every day. They both may not hold grudges but they are incredibly petty (playfully) when it comes to each other.

the game will run from 03 to 10 may 2024 ! it will be hosted by me :)

participants are not allowed to interact with their original biases. their original biases do not exist to them during this game.

participants may reply to asks containing their original bias' name, but must not say it / describe the bias in any way.

players and non-players are allowed to sabotage each other. a list with everybody's original biases will be released !

sabotaging others who have the same bias as you is allowed , but you are not allowed to say the bias' name, or describe them in any way.

url changes are not necessary , but theme changes ( if it has your original bias ) are ! players are given 24 hours to change their themes if their original theme is of their original bias — before earning a strike .

players who lose the game will earn a forfeit ♡

on strikes

participants have 3 lives ! with each strike, one life dies. 3 strikes, and the player loses the game.

reblogging things with / directly responding to things that contain your original bias' / or their name will incur a strike. saying your bias' name / describing your bias will also incur a strike !

players are allowed to reblog the original bias list post at the start of the game. reblogging it midway through the game will earn you a strike bc it contains the name .

during this ebg, you can earn points by creating things about your assigned bias. ( eg. if my assigned bias is kaeya, and if i write something for kaeya (200+ words), i'll get 500 points! )

tag me (@xianyoon) when you create something! i'll assign you your points. each piece of work is standard with 500 points. use the tag #genshinblr may ebg 2024 so that i can track it better !

about points

500 points are awarded as a standard for each creation. for writing, it should be 200 words minimum, and for art, it should be lineart minimum. i do not accept doodles. for edits, it'll be at my discretion! each piece should have some effort put into it – not just created for the sake of earning points.

players can use their points from creations to strike people ! each strike costs 1000 points . each player is limited to one earnable strike each day . just send me an ask to strike someone !

players will be able to spend 2000 points to heal themselves as well ! the heals have no limit per day !

for 2000 points , players can redeem one hour to be free from ebg , starting from the period of time when i approve the redemption . the hour is consecutive and cannot be split up into different periods . this one hour can only be redeemed ONCE in the entirety of the whole game. if players start the hour without my knowledge, they will earn a strike.

Itto was looking at Heizou with wide eyes, expectant. You had no idea how free-time led straight to this conversation, but everyone was sharing their crushes in the other class or a whole school away. Most of the class was huddled together in a circle, watching the exchange with equal faces of amusement and anticipation. You sat on the same side but made yourself comfortable in a corner, swaddled in a brown cloud-patterned hoodie.

Heizou hummed thoughtfully, drawing it out as everyone else held their breath while you held in a laugh. “A crush? Why do you want to know?”

“Come on, dude, we all wanna know what Shikanoin Heizou’s type is! Right? Don’t we?” Itto grinned at the affirmative murmurs that erupted all around. Perhaps it was because, to them, Heizou was the most mysterious one of all—he knows everything about anyone, but it wasn’t the same when it came to him.

Heizou just laughed. Itto pouted, then whipped his head around to direct his attention to you.

Flinching under his fiery gaze, you demanded, “W-What?”

“You’re best bros with him, aren’t you? You gotta know what his type is! He never talks about the girls in our school!”

Well. It would be for the best if he didn’t. You shook your head and matched Heizou’s amused grin. “I don’t know, either, honestly. He’s probably too busy burying his face in mystery novels to care about all that.”

Itto visibly sagged. “Lame. You two are so lame! Well— what about you? Do you have a type?”

“Of course I do.” The class perked up, interested. They began piping up with a list of names and features—tall, serious, light-haired. Heizou was slowly getting more agitated by each feature that described his complete opposite. “I like smart guys.”

Itto nodded. “I guess you wouldn’t be able to resist me.”

You chuckled. “You got me right there.”

Heizou’s chair scraped the floor, followed by his light footsteps. You watched, heart racing, as he made his way towards you before pinning his arms on your desk.

“You never told me that,” Heizou said. “Have I told you my type?”

You grinned. “Do you even have one?”

Heizou drew closer. Your vision blurred, and you went cross-eyed trying to follow him. Lumine, who was sitting peacefully beside you, inched away.

“When they were glasses—just like this one,” Heizou whispered, your lenses fogging a little from his breath.

Your face burned.

“Wait, what? What did he say? Did anyone catch that?” Itto huffed when no one did, in fact, hear that—which was for the best. They didn’t have to know how deep Heizou’s voice got as he stared right into your eyes.

“Well,” Heizou leaned back and smiled innocently at the class and a despaired Itto, “this was an enlightening conversation, but I realized I don’t actually know my best bud that well. You understand, right, Itto?”

Itto nodded enthusiastically. “Yeah—yes! I know, man, I get it. Real buds have serious conversations—I understand. You’re welcome for rekindling your friendship.”

“Thanks, man,” Heizou said distractedly, taking your hand and leading you out of the classroom.

“They’re such best buds,” Itto said, starting to cry.

i decided to not answer your ask regarding the wholeeee stuff.. because i don't really care what they want to do anymore. i've done my part of speaking up about their behaviours and calling them out - which made a lot of people open their eyes for once instead of ignoring the warnings they got from me or other people. and i think that's all i want to do.

THIS WILL FORMALLY BE THE LAST POST ABOUT THEM. I will not answer any asks regarding it anymore, so if you want to make your own posts regarding those users, please use your own platforms, thank you.

as much as i encourage speaking up, i also don't want to give a flying duck about them anymore. y'know, like, i spoke up because i couldn't tolerate them and their behaviours anymore - couldn't just keep quiet when my mutuals are knowingly or unknowingly talking to shitty people like that. if they started a new blog, just let them. i don't really care anymore 😭 all i hope is that my mutuals and those that see this are more aware of internet safety and who you surround yourself with. it was already exhausting trying to warn others about them and not being listened to until i made this shit public — i'm not going to start becoming a blog that runs on discourse just so some can finally realise that this person was shitty and that person was the devil.
