Abortion argument
So, I am a Christian. My family is Christian and I am a little on the fence at the time of writing, but I would agree with most Christian views such as love not hate, and the importance of honesty.
My stance on the abortion argument, is that a woman’s body, is a woman’s body. Nobody tells you what way to cut your hair. Nobody tells you if you have to get plastic surgery. Nobody can tell you whether or not to carry a baby for 9 months in your womb.
That doesn’t mean that I would abort a baby. That doesn’t mean that I would keep a baby. That just means I respect the fact that I don’t have the power to tell anyone what to do with their bodies.
You see, what if a woman has been sexually assaulted and then gets pregnant? You can’t make her carry a baby for 9 months and give birth if she doesn’t want to.
What if a teenage girl gets pregnant and can’t focus on her school studies because she has medical appointments to go to? You can’t make her carry a baby for 9 months and give birth if she doesn’t want to.
What if a middle aged woman gets pregnant and already has three children that she is happy with and doesn’t want another child? You can’t make her carry a baby for 9 months and give birth if she doesn’t want to.
What if a businesswoman is at the height of her career and gets pregnant, and doesn’t want to miss time off work with appointments, and maternity leave? You can’t make her carry a baby for 9 months and give birth if she doesn’t want to.
Final example, what if a woman is into her forties and is is dangerous for her and the baby should she continue the pregnancy? You can’t make her carry a baby for 9 months and give birth if she doesn’t want to.
Even if a woman was perfect age, had time career wise, it was perfect timing for her to be pregnant, if she doesn’t want to, then you can’t tell her to. It’s not your choice, because it’s not your body.
Bottom line, if it’s your body, it’s your choice. If it’s your body, you choose. If it’s your moms body, she chooses. If it’s your aunt’s body, she chooses. If it’s your grandmas body, she chooses. If it’s the random lady’s across the streets body, she chooses. Regardless of YOUR beliefs, it’s not up to you.
Thanks for reading this far. I hope I changed your mind if you were against women choosing. Until next time, I’m the opiniondog 😊

Why feminism is good.
Feminism by definition, is the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes... So basically feminism, wants to bring women up to the level of rights that men are on, generating equality for both the genders. It’s not saying that women should be treated better than men (gasp, a gender being treated better than another gender.. preposterous!)
It’s saying that we should be equal. The method of doing this, is giving women more rights to bring them level with men. It’s not a competition, it’s called justice.
Don’t be so egotistical that you make the campaign of WOMEN being equal to MEN about MEN. again. It can be about other people too you know!
It’s called equality hun, deal with it.
