The Iranian Regime is going to execute rapper Toomaj Salehi for supporting protests of Jina Amini’s murder by the regime in his songs.
Iranian activist Elica Le Bon says, “Iranians in the diaspora picked up on the fact that the regime tends not to execute people who become known to the international community. We have seen many examples of prisoners that were either released on bail or had their sentences commuted through our “say their names to save their lives” campaign on social media, using hashtags to garner attention for their causes, and even before social media existed, through getting the stories of political prisoners to international media outlets. Once reported on, and once the eyes shift to the regime and the reality of its pending brutality, realizing that the action is not worth the repercussions, we have seen them back down and not execute. For that reason, this is part of an urgent campaign for readers to talk about Toomaj as much as you can, using the hashtag #FreeToomaj or #ToomajSalehi. Every comment makes a difference, and if we were wrong, what did we lose by trying?”

"Females can't help but display their sexuality" - you mean you can't look at parts of our normal, natural bodies without sexually objectifying them. Because you are porn-addled.

This is what ALL academics and feminists should be doing -being in strong solidarity with the Palestinian people. Everyone else who has been silent or vocal about supporting imperialism, terrorism, and setterlism -you're complicit in this genocide.

In World War II, Nazi Germany established brothels in the concentration camps (Lagerbordell, Sonderbauten or Freudenabteilungen "Joy Divisions") to increase productivity among male inmates.
In the end, the camp brothels did not produce any noticeable increase in the prisoners' productivity levels, but instead, created a market for coupons among the camp VIPs.
Here's a few of the locations where this happened:
Mauthausen/Gusen, Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Neuengamme, Dachau, Dora-Mittelbau, Sachsenhausen, Flossenbürg and others
The women forced into these brothels came mainly from the women-only Ravensbrück concentration camp, except for Auschwitz, which "employed" its own prisoners.
In combination with the German military brothels in World War II, it is estimated that at least 34,140 female inmates were forced into sexual slavery during the Third Reich.
The brothels form the subject of "Das KZ Bordell" (The Concentration Camp Brothel) by Robert Sommer, a book that has been hailed as the first comprehensive account of a little known chapter of Nazi oppression in World War Two.
It explores the origins, structure and impact of the "Sonderbauten" (special buildings) run by Heinrich Himmler's SS in Germany and Nazi-occupied Europe.
"In the collective memory and written history of World War Two, the camp brothels were for a long time taboo," the 35-year-old Berliner told Reuters. "The former prisoners didn't want to talk about it: it was a difficult subject to handle."
"It didn't fit so easily into the postwar image of the concentration camps as monuments to suffering."
According to concentration camp survivors the women in those brothels were replaced every 6 months and the women who got replaced were killed in gas chambers.
It is important to note that we distinctively speak of sexual slavery here and of rape.
I wanted to point this out especially because I have been seeing liberal feminists talking about this topic, calling it "forced sex-work", "forced sex-labour" etc.
It is beyond disrespectful to call these female victims "sex-workers" or "employees" when their sexuality was brutally exploited, their diginities taken, their health was sacrificed, they were raped repeatedly and then executed after 6 months, even though they were promised to be released after those months. But those promises of course were never honored.
Liberal feminism and radical feminism differs a lot when it comes to views on the topic of prostitution but this does NOT excuse labeling victims of abuse and rape as "sex-workers" or calling their suffering "forced sex-labour."

imagine how deranged you have to be to wish for a disabled woman to be killed by a wild animal just because she said that men can't compete in the women's category. don't these people feel shame?

totally respect people tearing Taylor down after that subpar album but I’d like to take this space to hype up other female artists who haven’t completely drained their creative wells. Welcome to C’s music recs (women only because disliking Taylor doesn’t make you a misogynist.)
1. Cowboy Carter. Oh my god. This woman never misses. Beyoncé is consistently fantastic no matter what she’s up to. My personal favorites are AMERIICAN REQUIEM, PROTECTOR, and 16 CARRIAGES. This album feels a bit like listening to the radio while also listening to someone’s life story and it’s goddamn insane.
2. I listened to Feminomenon for the first time yesterday and I was jamming so hard. Yes Chappell Roan I too will prioritize my own wants and needs over the attention of some mediocre man who does not deserve me thank you queen. Like seriously I can’t stand clubbing but now I want to go out clubbing just so that I can dance to this song with my friends.
3. One of three songs that I actually enjoy on TTPD is Florida!!! And it’s only because of Florence. Because holy shit, Florence. I’ve become unhealthfully obsessed with Dream Girl Evil, Ship to Wreck, Shake It Out, Big God and Hunger.
4. Olivia Rodrigo continues to kill it. If my future relationship isn’t like so american, I don’t want it. And I know it’s been a while but Can’t Catch Me Now is still on my Heavy Rotation Replay every single week.
5. This is preemptive but…. New Billie Eilish in a month?????? Hell yes????
6. Honorable and continuous credit to Penelope Scott and Lorde

Its not a normal female experience to hate being seen as a girl by society this much, and to feel so trapped living as a woman. It's also not normal to hate men and trans people this much, do you think perhaps such hatred could come from jealousy? I feel like you might be a lot happier if you transitioned. Imagine dressing in men's clothing, and being called a guy by your freinds, imagine people who are attracted to men finding you handsome, imagine people complimenting you as you slowly look more and more like a cute boy. I feel like you'd be a happy boy, you'd be a sweet boy, you'd be a handsome boy...
Oh, you're back again
Sorry, only weak minded moids are susceptible to sissy hypnosis shit. It doesn't work on normal people. I also have no interest in compliments from others, or having others find me cute or handsome. I have this thing called self esteem, and I only care about the opinions of the people I'm close to. I have no need for validation from people on the internet- I'm not a parking ticket. Validation is unnecessary.
"It's not normal to hate men and trans people this much" ahhh, so you're concerned for the feelings of men above all. The TRA is an MRA after all.
Also, there is nothing wrong with being a female. My problem is misogynists, like you, who value men above all else. Dealing with misogyny is the problem, not being female. And that is something no TIF can run from. So I'll meet your bullshit head on.

Men please DO interact!! I’m just some non-binary lesbian but I want my blog to be a safe space where you won’t be treated poorly for your identity. It’s not your responsibility to self-flagellate or otherwise hate yourself for the crime of being born as or becoming* a man. Gendered expectations are sexist; you have no obligation to be strong, to sacrifice yourself to protect others, to show no emotion, or any other of the standards people may try to force on you.
Of course everyone should use their privilege to uplift those less privileged than them, but people shouldn’t assume you’re exclusively privileged due to your gender or ignore the way it intersects with other identities of yours. I love you disabled men, men of color, trans men, intersex men, queer men, and everyone else. I will include you in my feminism always and forever. Please surround yourselves with people who care about you.
