What better time than a party to test out one's duck hooking, pistol shooting and candy floss eating skills?

Our last meal together in Queen's is a special formal dinner with three delicious courses- butternut squash soup to start, lamb for main and lemon posset for dessert, followed by coffee. Some lucky students even get to sit on the High Table, which is usually reserved for professors.

Queen’s Award for Enterprise
For the second year, Oxford Royale Academy have been awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the most prestigious accolades for businesses and individuals in the United Kingdom. As a mark of recognition, a ceremony was held yesterday by Her Majesty The Queen. Our Senior Marketing and Data Manager, Tom Whale and our Senior Corporate Manager, Erica Tso, were honoured to attend.
Both Tom and Erica had a wonderful day at Buckingham Palace. They had the opportunity to meet The Queen and go behind the scenes of one of the most iconic buildings in Britain.

As the Rain Fell
The opening paragraph to a short story written by Celeste in her creative writing class.
As the rain fell from the dismal sky, she smiled, putting her coat on to go outside. Lydia Mia Waters was a young, wild and carefree girl who didn’t like listening to her parents. She was the type of student who never really needed to pay attention in class to do well. However, finishing university was what her parents wanted her to do, which was why she was still studying. Lydia worked part-time in a quaint coffee shop on a small lane near her house, serving as a waitress. It was there she spent the most time thinking and contemplating life. Seated behind the counter, Lydia watched as people walked in and out of the shop for their morning coffees and pastries. Some people would sit in the plush armchairs enjoying tea and breakfast whilst reading the paper, others simply ordering a takeaway coffee. She was a peculiar girl who enjoyed observing people and the way they talked or acted.
