BNI Java Jazz 2017

Once again, i had chance to shot BNI JJF2017 as Image Maker’s Family :D Not in good condition with cough and flu, should kept my eyes alive while i was there.. So BNI JJF 2017 didnt have Special Show like years before, but the artist that came here was a big name also in Jazz.. They have Sergio Mendes, Igconito and many more, even Ne-Yo was performed in here..

Batik is Indonesian Cultural Heritage. So many people wear Batik, especially in Friday, they called it Batik day.

One of Batik’s designer is Linda. I love to see her design. Her brand is Batique by Linda.  I made this video for her show in Surabaya last year.

It’s so good to collabote and work with her.

Analog

I have my own analog camera, OM1 , OM is for Olympus. I bought it about 2 years ago, when the lightmeter was okay, but now can use it no more.

I have some films from KCP ( Kodak Color Plus), Superia, Ektar etc. I love DM Paradies, the film itself from Germany, and they still sell at DM minimarket,  It’s cheap, if you are going to Germany, please buy me some DM :D

My first post about Analog is about Israel’s 2016 trip. I brought this camera and some films, but i forgot to develop and scan it.. Last week , i stopped by a store name Soup n’ Film . They sell film, books, and you can develop & scan film.

I used Ektar 100 for this trip, but i think that i still have some films to develop.

Do u know Dead Sea? yes, i went there. Took some pics before go down for Floating .

As u can see, people is using mud before “swim” in the dead sea. It says that the mud have minerals. A Dead Sea mud mask can improve the appearance of your facial skin by improving elasticity and minimizing pores, wrinkles and lines. When it dries, toxins that may be present in your skin cells from your everyday diet are drawn out. Your face will feel clean and refreshed.

I love to shoot with films.. I will post more images from film in my next post :D

Hello 2017, been a year since last post.. Hopefully i can share n write more in this year.. so the first post is video fashion.. the project for anazsiantar, an indonesian fashion blogger, who collaborated with MbyMischa , a high end womanswear brand label.. The video was posted in instagram and other social media, also played at launching MBM X Anaz..

BNI Java Jazz 2016

Hey ya, i think this is my 1st post in 2016 :p

I forgot to keep update my tumblr. I’m trying to write some new posts later.

Yeah everyone know what is Java Jazz Festival (JJF) , one of the largest jazz festivals in the world. Held from 4-6 March 2016. This year is 15th years edition of JJF.

As this year was my 4th years as part of JJF official photographer. I’m joining Image Maker as the Official Photographer, Robbie Suharlim is the founder.

Maldives!!!

I had an amazing weekend last week.. Why? because finally i made it to Maldives for Photoshot and Halloween Party!!! Yes, you must be jealous with me :D GOD answered my pray that someday i will visit Maldives

Definitely this place is honeymoon destination T_T  It’s better for you to bring your boy/girlfriend to here, i’m not recommend if you travel alone unless you are a solo traveler :p

So in Maldives , i stayed at Club Med Kani , one of the best resort in Maldives.. Club Med have some resorts all around the world.. They offer full board accomodation, with free flow drinks.. If you like to drink, you should stay in Club Med..

This place is 5 Trident Luxury Space.. As you can enjoy in the bar with your room as the background.. Unfortunately i didn’t stay in that room, but my room was nice too, more modern and big enough for me and roommate..

Snorkling is a must activity if u go to Maldives.. This picture is from our boat, while everyone dived in, i was staying in boat and took their picture..

I was lucky enough to captured this beautiful bird while he did sun bathing :p

In Maldives, u can’t predict weather.. Sometimes it is very hot or even really dark with chance of rain..

Every night, there will be a perfomance from people who works in Club Med, or u can say  GO’s.. They are come from different country.. I was so impressed with them, their’s hospitality, knowledge and very humble.. One of the GO that i knew is Lulu, he works as Soundman and DJ.. He mastered 7 language!!!

During our stay, Club Med’s representative from Jakarta,Indonesia was with us to help us.. His name is Mado,. He was GO before finally he chose to be back in the office..

If u are afraid with shark, it’s time for you to be brave.. Because u can see so many baby sharks in there, but they wouldn’t bite you..

I really enjoyed Maldives and Club Med Kani especially.. Definitely i will back to here for holiday or work .. Last, i will share some pics from my photoshot in my next post..

3 weeks ago I got chance to shoot MIUMIU Indonesia Cocktail Reception, for F/W 2015 collection at MIUMIU store in Pacific Place Jakarta..  The event was organized by ZigZag.. Irene Yeo, Singapore Retail Operations Manager, acted as host in this event.. They also invited Jessy and Elle Yamada, Indonesian fashion blogger.. Harper’s Bazzaar Indonesia and Indonesia Tatler was took part in this event too..

After couple months, i can share my shoot for PAMJAYA , drinking water supply company for Jakarta. As u can see, the underground building is looks like Monster Inc facility :D

When i asked about tap water , they said that actually we can drink tap water and it is safe, but the distribution pipe was’nt clean because we used the pipe from longtime ago..

I hope we can drink tap water in the future

If you live in Palembang, you should come to LaVitaBella ,a casual dining located at Jl. AKBP Cek Agus.. When they contacted me for photo shoot, i was so excited to saw new restaurant with good concept and delicious food.. This photo shoot had a time challenge, why? i did the shoot after the restaurant is closed until morning the next day, but i enjoyed it because i ate all the food :D My favourites menu are Pizza,Risotto, Mojitos and Yuzu Tea..

Hey guys, finally i have my own blog.. Actually this is not my 1st tumblr :D , i forgot about the others tumblr.. So i decided to make a new blog for my portfolio as photographer..

1st post is for Kykuu, finalist of Putri Indonesia 2015 represent DKI JAKARTA 1.. I knew this girl from my friend,IVAN, who worked as make up artist in my town, but he made a great work in Jakarta for some magazine.. That’s how he met Kykuu.. So Ivan contacted me to shot Kykuu.. Booked studio for  photo shoot, we had so much fun in this photo shoot, btw i shot her in February or March :p

We got almost 1000 photos from that photo shoot haha I bet u will be dizzy when u heard it n choose from 1k to 40 photos :D
