Surf & turf! 🍽 Spicy Thai Mussels and pork chops with roasted broccoli & a side of applesauce for dinner. I had forgotten about getting bread 🥖to go with the spicy Thai sauce so Texas Toast came in clutch for the win 🙌🏼 Recipe for the mussels was super easy! It was only 5 ingredients: Here’s the how-to: ➖ Peel and grate 1 (2inch) piece of fresh GINGER into a large pot or Dutch oven — * I used my Dutch oven * ➖Add 1 cup Lite UNSWEETENED COCONUT MILK 🥥 and 1/2 cup of water to the pot ➖Whisk in 1.5 tbsp THAI RED CURRY PASTE 🌶 and heat on high — When boiling, add 32oz Mussels (make sure to scrub and renewed any that need it!) — season with salt and pepper, cover & reduce heat to medium. ➖Cook 5 minutes or until mussels have opened. ➖Garnish with desired amount of freshly chopped cilantro and ENJOY! 😋👌🏼👩🏻‍🍳 #surfandturf #recipes #musselsrecipe #thairecipes #easymeals #onepotmeal #homemade #mindFULL #fullbelly #mindfullhome https://www.instagram.com/p/CaU-RWVO26S/?utm_medium=tumblr

A little trick I just started doing — shaker bottle to mix formula! 🤯🤣 How isn’t this told to every formula feeding momma?! Life saver and so much easier when it comes to prepping her bottles for the day. Prior to this I was filling each bottle with the water, adding the scoops into them one at a time, and shaking them up individually — always making 4 or 5 bottles at a time 🍼 It seemed like a lot of steps & it would always leave the bottles with a layer of bubbles at the top. Which I think wasn’t helping her sensitive belly. Now I fill 20oz of water in the shaker, add all my scoops, shake it up, and dispense into her bottles. Easy peasy 👍🏼 I can confidently say that using a shaker bottle to mix her formula has made a HUGE difference 🙌🏼 and will definitely be telling all the moms I know about it because I wish someone told me 2 months ago!
